Wed Mar 27, 2024: Sam lashes out at Jason, Jake and Danny fight about their father, and Molly and Kristina debate Jason’s guilt.
Tuesday’s GH recap: Jason told Anna he was an informant on Pikeman assigned to eliminate Sonny, and Ava and Sonny got close.
Sam goes to see Jason in the interrogation room at the PCPD.
She asks if he shot Dante.
He denies it and she believes him.
“But there’s something else. It’s about Danny,” he says, explaining he hid at the boat house and Danny found him.
She wonders why he didn’t tell her.
Jason told him not to.
That outrages her. Danny is just a kid with issues.
She lectures him for disappearing and leaving her to pick up the pieces.
He can’t just come back and use their kid when he’s in trouble.
As she yells at him and orders him to tell her she’s right, he admits it.
“You are a danger to our son!” she says, demanding he stay away from their son.
Once she is gone, Diane arrives and lays out the case against.
She asks him to give her something she can use to clear him of shooting Dante.
He sighs and shakes his head.
The lawyer makes it clear that she is not overplaying how bad this is.
If Dante dies and he’s convicted, he is going to prison for the rest of his life.
She’d hate to see him put away for something he didn’t do.
If there is anything that can help, he has her number.
Once she leaves, BLQ arrives.
They have some awkward small talk and then she explains Monica asked her to come.
She hands him an envelope and tells him that Monica has been in a wheelchair since Christmas and she’s sick.
He opens the note. It just says that she believes in him.
He sighs and wipes his eye, telling BLQ to tell his mom that he loves her and is sorry.
Jake catches Danny looking in the boat house.
Danny wonders why he and his brothers are there.
They talk about the arraignment and Danny asks him why he’s so sure their dad is guilty.
Jake is sure he is guilty and Danny is sure he just wants him to be guilty because he’s angry at him.
Aiden arrives as they get more upset, arguing about how much they care about Rocco and Dante.
When Jake declares their dad doesn’t deserve the benefit of the doubt, Danny clobbers him.
As they fight, Aiden begs them to stop.
Jake gives Danny a punch in the face and runs off.
Aiden chases after his brother.
Sam arrives and asks Danny why he got into a fight with his brother.
He explains it was about Jason.
She just saw his father, knows he helped him, and is furious.
She orders him never to do that again.
He protests that he was just helping and she points out he is wanted by the Feds.
The worst thing is that his father told him to lie to her and that has destroyed any trust between them.
She gives him some ice for his eye and they talk about how there has been no change with Dante.
Danny hopes that Dante knows he loves him and appreciates him. She’s reassuring.
Sam is sorry. His father coming home alive should be amazing, not this.
It has become obvious to her that they cannot rely on Jason to have his bets interests at heart.
She will do everything to keep him safe and they will get through this together.
“You will never have to see your dad again,” she says.
