Weds April 10, 2024: Sonny and Jason have a tense meeting, Drew and Nina come to a surprising agreement, Carly begins to see a different side to John and Curtis achieves another milestone.
Tuesday’s GH recap: Nina and Drew Stick it to Carly, John is Attacked, and Jason Claims His Half of the Corinthos Empire
Nina gets up off the floor in her office and accuses Drew of planning to get into her pants all along.
He says he’s been fantasizing, sure but about her losing her money and looks and being sent to prison.
“You remember, like you did to me.” He thinks of it as being screwed up while she sees it as a downpayment.
“Appoint me to the board,” she asks. “Of Aurora?” He asks.
She says he’s close to Michael and Willow and asks him to help her get back in their good graces.
He smiles. It’ll take more than a few rug burns for him to lift a finger for her.
She brings up trying to comp Michael and Willow’s meal and how they turned her down, how hurt she was.
Drew thinks she pushed what she wanted on Willow and Michael and calls it on brand for her.
Nina snipes, “I came to you for sympathy and you…” Drew stops her.
He’ll never sympathize with her. She thinks he took advantage of her emotional state.
He thinks it’s what she does to people and wonders if she was hoping they’d tell Sonny about it.
She moves to smack him and he grins, grabbing her hand, knowing she’s still pining over her ex. “I’ll take that as a yes.”
Drew doesn’t think she’s on Sonny’s radar and thinks it’s because he has a new roommate.
Drew agrees to help her get through to Willow if he gets something huge in return.
For a start, he tells her she can mend the buttons on his shirt.
He tosses his shirt at her.
Pissed, she throws the shirt back at him.
He can do his own mending. She storms out.
In a suite at Metro Court, Carly helps Jagger with ice on his head.
She complains that the ice machine isn’t being maintained and it would be if she still owned it.
She tells him she’s been to nursing school though didn’t finish, when he compliments her bedside manner.
She wants to call a doctor but he’s happy being in her care.
She worries he’s got a concussion and since he won’t go to the hospital, she’s staying with him.
She gets them blankets and they discuss the mugging. She thinks there’s more to it. “You were tracking Jason.”
He says no, but she’s close. She guesses right — Diane.
She wants an expensive glass of wine as a prize at a later date and thinks it’s been fun playing this guessing game.
He says he is fun but she just doesn’t know him well enough yet. He falls asleep.
Laura comes from Ace’s room at home.
She thinks he’s finally asleep.
As she talks, Kevin works on his tablet and isn’t listening.
When he starts, she complains that Ace has no siblings and nobody in his corner with Esme and Spencer dead and Nicholas in Pentonville with Heather.
She’s learned Heather is there for good since her move to LA was cancelled.
Kevin shows her what he’s been reading and she reads aloud.
“Chemically induced abnormal behavior.” Laura wonders if he thinks this will mean she might be released.
He agrees it’s not without medical precedent.
They look at the stream of Ace sleeping and joke that he looks like Laura when she sleeps.
They profess their love and talk about Ace being an unexpected miracle for them.

At Kristina’s, she and Blaze watch a movie.
Blaze pauses it and asks if she’s sure she’s okay with her being the face of Deception.
Krissy’s fine with it. Ali is out, but not Blaze and Kristina gets it.
They discuss how strict Blaze’s mama was. Kristina thinks it helped get her to where she was.
Blaze agrees and wishes her mom would trust her now.
Kristina talks about her dad being loving, sensitive and generous but he has a dark side. She’s worried about him.
Blaze asks if she means because of the break up with Nina.
Krissy says Nina’s not perfect, but they were happy together and Ava’s moved in now.
She’s making herself indispensable to him and he likes it a lot.
Curtis slowly walks into his bedroom at home. “Yep, oh yeah,” he says as he goes.
Portia’s stunned to find him walking on his own.
“One small step for man,” he says. “Actually there’s a lot of small steps. One giant leap for man.”
She thinks her husband is amazing.
He believes she is and thanks her for everything.
They hug and kiss and talk up how great he’s doing.
She goes to get him a file and returns with it.
They discuss Heather Webber’s case and Portia worries they’ll use her case as grounds to set her free.
Talk turns to their relationship and how happy they are they made it through.
Later, she slips into something pink and silky and he reminds her they’ve never had a honeymoon.
They make out.
Ava’s at Sonny’s penthouse, trying to sleep but it’s pointless.
She takes off and pours herself a drink but thinks better of it.
She goes rummaging through Sonny’s room for drugs but finds nothing but “Aspirin” so heads into his bathroom.
She sniffs his cologne and searches through drawers for “the good stuff.”
She finds some drugs that causes sleepiness.
It’s “Lorphenadine,” Sonny’s bipolar drugs.
She takes two, thinking if Sonny can handle it, so can she, but when she goes back to bed, she still can’t sleep and doesn’t get it.
If they don’t make her sleep, are they doing anything for Sonny?
Sonny meets Jason at the warehouse and they argue about who it belongs to.
Sonny says Jason lost the warehouse when he left for two years and he’s not getting it back.
Jason thinks Diane has something else to say about it but Sonny doesn’t care.
He doesn’t want Jason anywhere near him.
Jason understands. Sonny disagrees.
Jason says he never gave the feds anything on him.
Sonny yells that he’s not a kid.
He needs no protection.
He says to get out or he’ll have to “remove” him.
He wants answers.
Jason tells him about becoming an informant. He won’t say who for. It’s part of the deal.
He’s not trying to off Sonny. If he was, he wouldn’t have missed. And he’s not leaving.
Sonny threatens to get rid of Jason.
All he has to do is say the word and he’s gone. Jason thinks cops will look at him first.
Sonny doesn’t care. Jason can’t be trusted because he’s a traitor. Jason tells him to stop it.
“Are you taking your meds?” Sonny insists he takes them daily and isn’t having a breakdown, and then threatens Jason again that he’ll end him if he interferes.
