Thurs April 25, 2024: TJ worries to Molly about Kristina, Nina warns Kristina about Ava, and Ava and Laura worry that Trina is using Ace to cling to Spencer.
Wednesday’s GH recap: Gregory took a turn but refused to bow out of the wedding, and Jason vowed to protect Dex.
Laura is working from the penthouse while she looks after Ace. As she argues with someone about budgeting, Trina arrives.
Laura tells her she worries about raising a baby and doing her job. Trina thinks she’s doing great and Ace looks happy.
As they chat, Trina suggests that she can help out. She tells her about she keeps getting more memories of Spencer every day.
She knows she wasn’t as supportive of Ace and Spencer’s relationship as she should have been.
She was angry at Esme and that meant she pushed Spencer away from Ace.
Laura is sure that he understood.
All of this got Trina thinking she would like to take Ace to the park. Laura says that sounds great.
Trina offers to talk to Ava about shifting her schedule so she can spend more time with Ace. The mayor hands her the diaper bag.
Molly wakes up on her couch as TJ comes in. She fills him in on her sister’s visit last night. He doesn’t like that she was out late and stressed.
Molly says her sister isn’t going to stay at home every night.
He worries that her sister got so worked up. She says it’s not a realistic expectation.
Joss was drinking and went on about some of the terrible things Sonny had done. TJ thinks Kristina should have some idea what he does.
Molly says her sister is very good at compartmentalizing and this is Kristina’s problem, not theirs.
He admits he’s been dreading the day they’d have to deal with Sonny being in their lives.
She says that Sonny is connected to almost everyone in town and that doesn’t mean he’s a major presence in their lives.
She’s hoping that he is not regretful and reminds him that her sister was the answer to their prayers.
Molly says her sister has a life. They can’t forget her past but there is no way she would endanger their child.
He’s sure she wouldn’t do it intentionally.
They talk about how she might has to prosecute Kristina’s father and hope it won’t come to that.
At the Metro Court, Carly gives a speech to her staff and tells them they will get back on top.
Kristina pops up and asks how she suddenly has control again. Carly won’t discuss this.
Kristina assumes Sonny bought it back for her but Carly explains he didn’t and lost it with her when he found out about it.
She adds that Ava is a bad influence on him and he’s been volatile. Kristina knows he’s been on edge but thinks everyone is exaggerating.
Carly doesn’t know what he’s doing or want to, but suggests there are questions she doesn’t want to ask. She urges her to stay out of it.
Blaze comes in to meet BLQ and asks Kristina to stay. She can’t but will call her later and takes off.
Blaze sense something is up.
BLQ arrives and they sit and discuss plans for the new single. That all sounds good to Blaze but she worries she will miss out on her bridal stuff.
BLQ assures her it’s all fine and asks if she’s actually more concerned about her mom.
She says that fans feel more connected to artists than in the past and don’t appreciate the barrier.
Blaze says her mom doesn’t want to risk fan support but BLQ doesn’t think that’s likely. If anything, being gay could enlarge her fanbase.
Blaze isn’t sure being out would make things easier for her or Kristina. BLQ says it’s up to her. For now, Blaze is happy with how it is.

Drew wanders into the Crimson office and Nina tries to chase him out because she is busy. He explains that he put in a good word with Willow last night.
He thought she might need a boost after Carly got her half of the hotel back. He starts rubbing in how that backfired on her and notices her wedding ring is gone.
She explains she closed the chapter of her life that involved Sonny.
She assumes he wants to gloat and prompts him to get it over with. If misery loves company, they are perfect for each other.
Inching closer to her, he says there are parts of them that speak to each other. She ask him to leave.
He reminds her of their sex romp but she says that will never happen again.
There’s nowhere to go but more misery. He thinks they’ve already gone as far as they can with that and exits.
Kristina shows up and asks about the shift in hotel ownership.
Nina explains she thought the sale would win Sonny over but it backfired and infuriated him.
She blames Ava and starts venting about what a false friend she is. She went after Sonny and has been keeping everyone else away.
Kristina doesn’t think her dad will fall for this but Nina is sure that Ava has been playing the long game.
Kristina worries about how much her father has been drinking and how that mixes with his meds.
When Nina declares Ava can have Sonny, Kristina says she will take care of that.
She’s sure her dad knows what Ava is capable of. His family certainly haven’t forgotten.
Drew goes down to the Metro Court and tells Carly how good it is to see her back at the helm.
He wishes he’d been the one to put her there but assumes she got a better offer from Jason.
He’s happy for her and she’s happy for herself.
They talk about what being together cost them. Now they are back to the way things are supposed to be.
“Almost,” he says.
Ava stops by Sonny’s office and brings Jason in. He’s there on family business. Sonny says an FBI asset has no connection to his family.
“How connected are you to your family these days?” Jason asks.
Ava asks Sonny if there’s anything she can do. He says he’s fine so she exits.
Sonny tells Jason he already knows Carly has the Metro Court back and doesn’t care. He doesn’t trust either of them.
Jason knows that but says he has a bigger problem. Joss thinks he’s going to knock off Dex.
He tells his old boss that Joss told Kristina about ordering Dex to finish Cyrus off. Sonny hits the desk.
Jason tells Sonny to leave the kid alone. He doubts Dex will give anything up and Kristina and Joss will blame him for anything that happens.
If Dex dies, it won’t only be the law he faces. He could lose his family.
Sonny tells him he has no right to tell him what to do after he abandoned his children for years.
When Jason warns that he will have to stop him if he tries to rub out Dex, Sonny says, “You’ll did trying.”
Laura stops by Ava’s gallery as she’s unboxing some work. They talk about Trina grieving Spencer.
Laura sees him whenever she looks at Ace. She tells her that Trina wants to look after Ace on an ongoing basis.
They both suspect she’s clinging to a link to Spencer.
Laura asks if she’s spoken to Nikolas. Ava has declined his calls. His mom explains he’s being transferred out of state.
As far as Trina goes, they just have to let her find her way through things.
The mayor is startled when she calls Sonny’s place “home.”
Ava claims that Avery thinks of it that way. She adds they feel secure there. That’s a feeling she’s missed.
Laura asks her what she wants.
TJ runs into Trina and Ace in the park. He tells her it’s good to see her smiling and assumes Ace is the reason.
The doctor talks about how eager he is for his baby to come. Especially since Kristina and her family have a way of making problems.
She urges him to focus on the here and now.
