Thursday, July 6, 2023, full episode recap of GH: Molly’s family worry bout her manic behavior, and TJ tells Curtis and Marshall about his problems, and Liz and Finn talk family night.
Wednesday’s GH recap: Diane helped Tracy find the Deceptor thief, Carly wanted to sell her home, and Willow invited Nina into her bubble.
Liz walks into the breakroom at General Hospital and interrupts Finn reading “Parasites and Worms in Humans” while eating a sandwich.
They chat about her new job and he thanks her for last night, apologizing for his daughter setting them up on a date.
He made it clear to Violet that she can’t play matchmaker and there will be no more romantic evening for them.
She says it wouldn’t be the worst thing to have a family night…for the kids.
He says maybe his daughter will lighten up on trying to get them back together. “Because that’s what we want, right?” she asks. He admits what he wants is more complicated.
Before they can discuss that, Terry interrupts so Finn takes off to see a patient before his tea party.
Terry realizes she interrupted something and prods the nurse to talk. Liz admits she and Finn had a date.
The nurse tells her friend about the nice night they had when Violet tried to matchmake them. They shared a moment but she doesn’t think it meant anything to him.
Terry tells her to ask Finn if that’s the case. Liz can’t. Her friend reminds her of how understanding Finn has been.
Terry is called away to see a patient and tells her friend to just tell Finn how she feels.
At The Savoy, Marshall asks Curtis if he will see him at home tonight. Curtis claims he might crash in the back. His father points out he won’t fix things with Portia if they can’t be in the same room.
TJ arrives and it looks like he just lost his best friend. He explains he’s trying to stay out of Molly’s way.
Curtis is sure they can figure out what’s wrong. He doubts that. TJ tells them Molly can’t get pregnant. She feels like her body has betrayed her.
He’s scared because she keeps shutting him out. They suggest she just needs time to process her future not being what she thought it would be.
TJ is concerned that she’s not acting normal. They tell him grief makes people act strangely and time heals all wounds.
He keeps worrying that Molly is pulling away. Curtis urges him to be patient.
Marshall gives them hugs and takes off. Curtis tells TJ that family is a bond that can’t be broken.
He’s not sure Molly wants kids anymore and has no idea what’s on her mind. He’s sure that he still wants a child.
His uncle tells him it’s all what-ifs now.
At Deception, Lucy and Maxie bicker about who could have got into their files. BLQ steps away and looks awkward. Maxie accuses Lucy of not pulling her weight.
As the bickering accelerates, BLQ finally stops them and announces it was her. She claims she was just trying to familiarize herself with the product.
Lucy points out she wasn’t supposed to have access to those files. They’re a trade secret. If their competitors got a hold of them, their cash cow would be gone.
Shouting, Lucy tells her how serious this is and Maxie orders her to calm down for a second. Brook Lynn apologizes.
They remind her the information needs to stay in the office. Lucy demands the files. BLQ explains they are on a flashdrive at home.
Coe orders her to fetch them and walks off to get her “gummies.” As she return, feverishly snacking, Maxie assures her the crisis is over.
Felicia shows up. Mac is with James and she came to talk with Lucy.
Lucy claims she’s planning to get a special erotic gift for Martin. Maxie doesn’t want to stay and look at the samples and runs out.
Lucy tells Felicia that Martin is acting squirrely about The Deceptor and she doesn’t want to alarm her colleagues.
The PI tells her that she dug up bank receipts and he’s been receiving large deposits in his account from Pine Valley. Lucy worries it could be something illegal. Felicia doubts that would show up in bank statements.
Lucy wonders what this could be. Felicia wonders if it’s worth digging into this and potentially ruining her relationship.
Lucy tells her to turn over any rocks she has to. That means Felicia needs to go to Pine Valley.

Martin meets Tracy by the pool. She’s prepared to offer him a challenge. He says thanks but no thanks.
That makes her laugh. She says this is a business challenge, not a romantic one.
ELQ is a dumpster fire while Valentin is gone and Ned is…
She doesn’t want to take over but she wants the company salvaged. He’s the obvious choice to run it, given that he’s Valentin’s attorney.
The lawyer agrees and she welcomes him to the board. Tracy has something she wants him to do.
If Valentin doesn’t answer to her, why would he? She informs him the GH fundraiser is next week and she would love it if he’d attend as her guest. He can even bring his “Floo-Lucy.”
BLQ arrives and spots them together. Once Martin leaves, she hurries over and says they have a problem.
Finn and Violet interrupt. She’s after a Shirley Temple and BLQ leads her off to get one.
The doctor asks Tracy about the Neddie situation and she probes him about Liz. She heard about the nurse and Nicolas holding a woman in a tower. He says she was going though a rough patch.
They talk about how Violet misses having Liz and Tracy guesses the little girl knows he has feelings for Liz.
He admits that he thinks about her. She urges him to squash those feelings before history repeats itself.
BLQ approaches Martin, who informs him about Tracy asking him to step in at ELQ. She urges him to be careful of her grandmother.
BLQ brings Violet back to her father and then asks Tracy away to speak. Violet asks her dad if they can see Liz again.
BLQ tells Tracy she needs the flashdrive immediately. As Tracy hands it to her, Sasha arrives and spots them.
Martin calls Lucy and informs her that Tracy has invited them to the family picnic. She’s not sure she can make it because she has to go out of state.
Molly’s mom and sister are surprised that molly asked them to meet her at the salon. They wonder what’s up and agree to support her.
Molly arrives, yelping with booze in her hands. Her mother wonders why she’s so “festive.”
Molly tells them not to ask about the doctor’s appointment. She changes the topic to Drew and asks how Scout is doing, offering to take her to the movies.
Bopping, Molly tells them she wants to focus on the things that matter. Kristina whispers to her mom that something if off about Molly.
Molly complains their whispering is giving her a complex. Kristina accuses her of avoiding something and says that makes things worse.
She reminds her they are family and asks her to let them in. Molly lashes out when they bring up her condition.
She declares that her eggs aren’t viable and she can never have a biological child. After she storms out, Alexis is miffed at Kristina.
Molly returns and apologizes for storming off. They know it’s a gut-wrenching situation and offer to change the subject.
That’s pointless now and Molly can’t consider the options. Her mom hugs her and promises to put her back together if she breaks.
