Tuesday, August 29 GH recap: Sonny tells Brick he’s not sure the Pikeman deal is worth it, Cyrus tells Drew they both have Sonny’s protection, and Marshall urges Curtis not to rush into selling his club.
Monday’s GH recap:Lucy confronted Martin about the alimony, Anna asked Robert to investigate Valentin, and Stella urged Curtis to open up.
At the court house, Lucy calls someone over, claiming her life is at stake. Meanwhile, Maxie tells BLQ that this will be the chance to smoke out the mastermind behind this.
Lucy joins them, pointing out that if they don’t have The Deceptor the company is gone. She adds that they fired their lawyer because they can’t afford her. She asked Martin to step in but he’s disappeared.
Maxie realizes this is really bad. Lucy sputters, assuming this is all a swindle and a nuisance lawsuit.
Jackson Montgomery arrives. Lucy rushes over and he says he’s there for round two.
He’s there for the case and to make sure his client gets justice. The lawyer won’t tell her who he is representing.
Lucy repeatedly insists they didn’t steal The Deceptor.
Elise Vance, the lawyer, arrives.
Maxie re-hired her and the attorney is sure this will be easy.
Elise and Jackson start mocking each other until he gets a call.
Tracy arrives, smiling. BLQ shakes her head.
They assume she’s there to support BLQ.
Tracy makes it clear she’s there to protect her claim to The Deceptor.
Portia and Curtis arrive at their door. She tells him they will all be there for him.
As soon as she opens the door, Trina rushes into his arms to welcome him.
She’s excited to show him how they have adapted the place for him.
Everyone else looks awkward.
Trina shows him around and he says they did an incredible job.
Marshall asks his son out to the patio so they can go over some things in private.
Once they’re alone, he tells Curtis there is trouble at the club.
Selina has been putting pressure on them to sell the club.
There has been an implied threat. Curtis wonders if they should sell.
His father thinks he just needs time to regroup and they can work through this.
He can run the club until he’s ready to come back. Curtis isn’t sure he wants to go back. It might be time to move on.
Marshall won’t push him but hopes he reconsiders.
After Marshall leaves for work, Curtis flashes back to telling Portia to let him go.
Meanwhile, Portia tells her daughter she appreciates what she’s doing but she may be making things worse.
They can’t push too hard.
Trina feels bad for coming on too strong.
Her mom assures her she did nothing wrong.
They just need to find the balance and make adjustments to it.
Portia goes out to the patio and Curtis apologizes for the way he spoke to her at the hospital.
She appreciates that and knows he was going through a lot.
He thinks they need to face what they can and can’t do. He can’t physically love her back.
She says she’s here for him and they will get through this together.
Michael stops by Kelly’s to see his mom.
She announces she may have come up with a way to get Drew out of Pentonville.
She’s getting Diane to look into finding a history of bias with the judge.
He hopes that works out for Drew’s sake but is sure Drew can handle himself in prison.
He reminds her Drew is under Sonny’s protection.
they talk about Austin visiting the prison and how Dex has been following him.
Michael tells her about Betty being Mason and Austin’s mole.
They have no idea who the doctor was meeting with. She thinks Drew could find out but her son doesn’t think they should get him involved more.

In Pentonville, Drew looks for a book on rivers and Cyrus tells him how fortunate he is to be under Sonny’s protection.
Drew suggests he skip the flowery gestures and tell him what he wants.
Cyrus knows that Book was warned to stay away from him. He has Sonny’s protection.
Drew insists he didn’t ask for that.
Renault is sure he has no choice in the matter.
He’s protected whether he likes it or not. Ironically, by extension, he has Sonny’s protection too. Drew is sure Sonny wouldn’t lift a finger for him.
Cyrus points out that he has.
He’s sure that Drew would help him again, whether he despises him or not.
He’s an honorable man. The kind of man he wants to be.
Drew doesn’t like him. Cyrus says he pays his debts.
He owes Drew his life and won’t forget it.
Brick joins Sonny in his office and informs him that the spy planted in his home won’t be a problem any longer.
Betty has flown off to Mexico.
Sonny has people there who will deal with her if necessary.
He’s been having Mason and Austin followed but hasn’t come up with much.
They need to know why who they are working for wants information on him and Pikeman.
Brick explains that Pikeman makes a lot of money and works with governments all over the world.
They rehash the deal and the incredible money involved.
Corinthos isn’t sure the risk is worth the reward anymore.
Brick urges him to be careful. If he tries to cut Pikeman off, they may get rid of him.
Maybe Austin and Mason’s boss is trying to do just that.
At Ferncliff, Sasha begs a nurse for help.
They tell her to stay hydrated and hand her a blanket.
As soon as she’s left alone, Dr. Montague pops up.
Montague enters Sasha’s room and immediately injects her as she panics.
Once she’s asleep, the nurse returns and says she seems to be getting worse.
He says recovery can take a long time.
She suggests Sasha might be better off in a private facility.
In her office at Crimson, Nina has to get off the phone when Gladys arrives to congratulate her on the engagement and ask to see her rock.
Shutting the door, she tells her they need to talk about a matter of life and death.
Gladys claims she needs fifty thousand dollars today to cover Sasha’s medical expenses.
Nina says that a large bill and it’s not normal for it to be due almost immediately.
Gladys explains she can’t sell any stock because of the lawsuit.
The editor wonders why she’s not asking Sonny and assumes she isn’t telling her anything.
If she can’t be honest, she needs to go.
Corbin admits that she dug herself into a hole because of gambling.
Gladys says she’s going to Gamblers Anonymous and needs help. Nina assumes she would be using Sasha’s money to pay off her debt otherwise.
Nina refuses to help, ordering her to go to Sonny or deal with this herself.
As soon as Gladys walks out, Montague calls her to say that there is talk that Sasha may be moved. If that happens, he will have to make sure she can’t talk. If Gladys wants Sasha free, she needs to pay him in two days.
Returning to Nina, Gladys tells her she needs the money or the doctor who is treating Sasha will not let her out.
