General Hospital recap for Monday, November 7, 2022. In today’s GH episode, Esme looks for a way to escape, Liz and Terry debate telling Finn the truth, Heather taunts Finn with what she knows, and Valentin and Finn have to accelerate their plan.
We also have Friday’s GH recap where Jordan pressured Portia to come clean, Austin asked Spinelli for a favor, and Willow agreed to take Michael to get her test results.
Sonny startles Nina as she cleans the leaves off a bench in the park.
After he’s spooked her, he sits down and tells him about what happened with Joss last night. He explains that he went over to help but it turned out Carly had all the help she needed.
As they chat, she notices there hasn’t been a new victim in weeks. Nina tells him she loves him, but she will step back until the threat is gone if he needs to be with his family.
He assures her Carly knows he’s not walking away from her.
As Wiley plays in the leaves, Michael tells Willow that time is flying. He looks forward to her appointment this afternoon.
She suggests they focus on the good of the day while they can. He wonders what that means.
Willow claims she’s just concerned about how Wiley will react to having a sibling.
Michael knows that they won’t always get along. That’s how it goes. But they will always have each other.
TJ wanders over and Michael drifts off to take a call. The doctor guesses Willow hasn’t told him about the leukemia. She’s planning on breaking the news today.
TJ thinks she’s talking like she’s given up. He tells her she won’t be facing this alone. As they hug, Nina and Sonny walk over.
When Wiley runs over, Willow holds him back and says now is not a good time. He can see his grandfather on the weekend.
Sonny is confused but Nina leads him away as Michael returns.
When Willow gets a text from the nanny saying she can’t make it on time, she asks Michael to wait for her while TJ takes her to the hospital.
As Sonny and Nina walk through the park, he admits he was surprised to see her back away from his family so fast. She doesn’t see the point in aggravating it.
He suspects there is more so she admits she thinks something could be going on between Willow and TJ.
Sonny finds if hard to believe but it’s a vibe she’s been getting. If she’s right, she didn’t want to put him in a position where he had to tell Michael.
He is adamant Michael doesn’t need to know any of this.
“I don’t need to know what?” Michael demands as he interrupts.
Terry takes Liz home. The nurse doesn’t know what she will say to Finn.
Cam comes down the stairs and asks his mom if the time away was everything she needed.
After he wanders off to get a book, Terry asks Liz how she feels. She’s furious and feels betrayed by what her parents did. Now that she has answers, she just feels violated.
Liz blames herself for Reiko’s death and Terry insists it’s not her fault. Her friend promises to be with her when she tells Finn what happened.
Liz wonders if she should just end things with him and keep him in the dark rather than dredging up the past.
Terry can’t see how that would be any different from what her parents did to her.
After the doctor leaves, Cam admits to his mom that he had Joss spend the night. Now she’s on lockdown because of the Hook. Sonny has men watching the house.
He asks his mom if something happened in Monterey. She saw her parents and doesn’t want to talk about it. After he leaves for school, she looks at her photo of Finn.
In the Wyndemere tower, Esme looks out the windows and wonders if she can sneak out. Nikolas interrupts and reminds her it would be dangerous to crawl out and scream.
He assures her the staff is paid handsomely to look the other way. She shakes her head as he accuses her of committing all the Hook’s crimes.
Nikolas says she can yell all she likes but no one can hear her scream. Once he walks out, she screams.
She searches for a rope and decides to use some sheets.

Kelly Thiebaud exits and the latest GH comings and goings
Laura and Valentin arrive in the cells to visit Anna. He kisses her. She was worried his father had made him disappear.
He tells her that Laura and Kevin helped him bring Charlotte back to Port Charles. She’s staying with Kevin right now.
They talk about the Lucy situation and how all the evidence makes Anna look guilty of her death. Anna insists the drone footage is fake. Laura leaves to tell the public they have the wrong suspect.
Valentin tells Anna he will get her out of there. She reminds him she’s being sent to Pentonville tonight.
Anna wonders why Victor is picking them off one at a time. Valentin doesn’t know. He can’t get close to his father anymore to find out.
Anna is sure that his father can have her killed easily in Pentonville. Valentin promises that he has a plan. They hold hands.
At General Hospital, Finn thinks about calling Liz until Heather is wheeled over and starts taunting him. She asks if the scowl on his face means he’s rough in the sack.
He tells her this is happy face because he’s shipping her back to Darkhom. She hopes he’ll be giving her a top to bottom exam before he does.
Heather asks if “Dr. Dreamboat” has a question for her.
She reminds him that he looked flustered when she brough up Jeff, the father of his “bimbo.”
Heather tells him that Jeff may project a beautiful image, but always thought with “his other scalpel.”
Dealing with someone like Jeff is enough to drive anyone crazy, she laughs. Before she’ll answer any questions, she wants to discuss terms.
He spots Valentin and has the guards wheel Heather away. Valentin tells the doctor they need to move up their plan since Anna is being transferred tonight.
Finn steps off the elevator and the Cassadine takes off. Finn knows she wasn’t at medical conference and asks where she and Liz went.
Terry tells him Liz is at home if he needs to talk to her.
When Terry meets with Willow and TJ, she informs them that her leukemia is now is stage four.
Finn drops by Liz’s place.
Holly sits in Robert’s office and looks at the latest text from Victor demanding information.
When Scorpio arrives, she asks him if there is anything she can do to help with his investigation. Deputy Mayor Ashby barges in and accuses Robert of interfering with public officials in Anna’s case.
Ashby warns that if he doesn’t back down, she will demand his resignation.
They bicker and Robert reminds her she’s not the mayor. Laura swans in. She’s not happy to hear that her assistant and Robert have had a falling out.
She welcomes Holly back. They talk about losing Luke and then the mayor asks Holly where she disappeared to for the past two years.
Robert explains her memory is fuzzy for Laura offers to get Kevin to speak to her. “I said no!” Holly objects.
Laura asks Robert to walk out with her. After they leave, Ashby asks Holly what she’s doing. She almost got them caught. Holly feigns ignorance but Ashby knows they both work for Victor.
In the hall, Laura tells Robert they need to know what Holly has been doing. She worries she could have been mixed up with someone unsavory.
Robert trusts her with his life. Laura settles with that and takes off.
When Scorpio returns to Holly, she assumes that Laura doubts her. He admits the mayor doesn’t trust her, but he does.
Victor anxiously waits for news from Holly at Wyndemere. He calls Johann and tells him that if the necklace is what he thinks it is, they are entering the final act.
Nikolas comes in and interrupts him.
Victor tells him something big is coming for the family and they need to show a united front. The prince wants something more substantial.
Victor decides that he should let him into the inner circle and let him know what this has been all about.
Before Victor can explain, Johann calls to tell him about Charlotte.
Laura bursts in and asks if Victor is going to welcome her home.
A guard arrives in the cells to get Anna. “You’re not going to Pentonville,” he tells her.
