General Hospital recap for Tuesday, November 1, 2022. In today’s GH episode, Liz learns the truth, Holly’s double-crossing Robert, and Kevin saves the day.

Outside at the pumpkin farm, Carly tells Sam that since she returned from Jacksonville, she feels more leveled and centered than she did before she left.
She sees Sonny and Nina with Avery and Donna and stops talking.
Nina and Sonny tell them their mama’s home.
They rush to hug her and it’s awkward when they talk about a sleepover with Aunt Nina.
Sam takes the kids away to give Carly time with Sonny.
She takes her ex aside and blasts him for having sleepovers with Aunt Nina.
Sonny explains it wasn’t anything like that. It was a pizza party.
She thanks him for respecting her boundaries and he says they’re not working for him anymore.
Sam leaves the kids with Danny and Rocco and returns to Nina.
She explains she’s there to support Carly.
Meanwhile, Sonny explains that Nina wasn’t a part of his life but she is now, and it’s official. “Congratulations,” she bites.
He didn’t agree to put his life on hold indefinitely.
If she was seeing someone, he wouldn’t ask her to keep Donna from them.
She alludes to seeing someone and he agrees to be careful when he explains things to their kids.
They disperse and Sam takes Carly aside to ask what happened in Jacksonville. Carly flashes to making out with Drew.
Alexis finds Drew and Scout in her office with Scout dressed as a butterfly for Halloween.
Drew and Alexis think she looks great.
She dances around with her wings floating and takes some candy from Alexis.
Alexis looks at an item online about the Hook and asks why Drew’s there.
He needs legal help.
She tells him she’ll always be a lawyer and can give him unofficial advice.
He says what if there was a CEO who wants to merge with a larger company that’s owned by his company?
What if his friend purchased stock in the company before the trade?
Would it be insider trading? She asks if the friend shared the information with the person.
He says yes, but say an imaginary friend tried to dissuade them from buying.
Alexis says it doesn’t matter. It’s still insider information. “Textbook insider trading.”
Both parties can serve prison time, she says. But it’d be hard to prove.
Unless there’s a family or romantic connection. Once they’re gone, she gets a letter and seems startled.
In Switzerland, Valentin is shocked and glad to see Laura. She tells him Anna sent her.
They talk about Lucy’s shooting and Charlotte and run off to find her.
They’re interrupted by some goon. He says hello to the “sister,” and knows Valentin is Charlotte’s daughter but asks for the nun’s name.
She lies that it’s Sister Margaret. She moves to leave when the other goon groans.
“Sister Margaret,” says they found him drunk on stolen communion wine. “He only drinks vodka,” says the goon, raising his gun.
The bells toll and Valentin hits the goon over the head with a candlestick.
“Father Kevin” shows up and hugs Laura. They need to get Charlotte.

Kelly Thiebaud exits and the latest GH comings and goings
Finn visits Anna at PCPD jail. She hears Heather’s back. Finn calls her his problem.
She talks about being a flight risk and that things will get worse.
She thinks he should be with his daughter but she’s with his dad.
He’ll see her later and eat some of her candy after trick-or-treating. He says she asked about Anna, as he shows a photo of her in costume.
He asks where Valentin is and isn’t happy that he’s not with her.
She says he’s dealing with something. Finn knows trust isn’t easy. They discuss Liz going to see her parents.
He thinks Liz left him out of the loop about visiting her parents on purpose.
She asks what he’ll do about it. He isn’t sure. Anna says when the time is right, Liz will talk to him.
She has faith they’ll work it out.
In his office, Robert and Holly try to find out how to get Anna out of jail. He leaves to try to get a judge to grant her bail.
When he returns, Holly says it can be modified if there’s a change in circumstances.
Has anything changed to get her another hearing?
He’s still not sure. Someone needs to go over Judge Walsh’s head.
Holly calls this a mistake. Anna needs him to keep her out of Pentonville.
He says he has the deputy Mayor breathing down his neck. If he was caught doing a favor for Anna, it wouldn’t be good.
He agrees to take a break and figure out how to nail Victor. Holly moves to stand up but becomes dizzy. He helps her to her feet.
At her parents’ place in Monterey, Liz tells them she’s been independent for so long, she can’t recall what it’s like to have parents.
She wants answers about her past.
They ask why she’s there and she reveals she had a memory she needs help in figuring out.
Carolyn asks if she made it up. She says it’s a memory but Jeff asks how she can be sure.
She says something went wrong on the Mariana Islands and they know it.
Why are they suddenly there? Jeff says it’s because of Jake but she reminds him there were plenty of opportunities to show up for her.
Why did they contact Jake after Franco died?
Her dad is sorry for what she went through but doesn’t know what she wants.
She remembers arguing with Reiko Finn but doesn’t understand why she would.
Her dad admits he and Reiko had an affair. She was married to Finn at the time, Liz says.
He tells her he was working long hours and got lonely. She snaps that he had his entire family with him.
She apologizes to her mom, but she says this isn’t a shock. She asks her to let it go. Liz realizes she walked in on them.
There’s more! Jeff asks why it matters.
She says that she’s losing time, blacking out, and lying to the man she loves because of this dysfunctional history. “Something bad happened. Just tell me what it is!”
He says that she walked in on him and Reiko in an intimate moment. Liz wants to know if her father pushed Reiko down the stairs. He confesses it was him and Carolyn has a fit. “It’s time she knows the truth.”
Jeff finally admits that Liz caused Reiko to fall down the stairs. Liz looks flabbergasted.
Robert and Holly find themselves at the pumpkin patch. The color has returned to her cheeks. She asks him to win her a candied apple.
Nearby, Sonny tells Nina that he and Carly spoke frankly about her and Donna and that she doesn’t get to call shots on their relationship. Nina grins. He smiles back and watches Robert with Holly.
“Goddamn,” he says, wandering over to them.
He introduces Nina to Holly and Sonny and Holly bond over missing two years of their lives.
Holly runs to get hot cider and they talk about Victor being behind Lucy’s shooting.
Sonny says that Anna can’t go to Pentonville. Robert knows but he had to recuse himself from the case.
They agree that the Cassadine will pay. Sonny offers to do something but Robert worries it’ll mean Anna goes on the run.
Holly says Robert’s making moves on Anna’s behalf.
From the trees nearby, Holly’s on a call telling someone about Robert’s movements. “Yes,” she says, sadly. “I’m sticking close to him.
Nearby, Carly tells Sam all about her trip and how she feels closer to her mothers, and that she took her mom’s last name.
Sam is happy for her friend and asks what happened with Drew. Carly says he helped with the cemetery thing.
