Monday, July 31 GH recap: Gregory asks Tracy to dinner, Lucy suspects Martin has been keeping more from her, and Kristina asks Michael for help.
Friday’s GH recap: Laura and Valentin came up empty in Chechnya, Sonny used Betty to find her boss, and Esme considered doing something drastic.
Sonny calls Brick to find out all he can about Gordon Stevens and who killed him. He steps off the elevator at the Metro Court and joins Anna on the terrace. He’s been worried about how “off” she’s been.
She had to leave the house because she was living on cereal. She insists that she doesn’t need Valentin to protect her. He asks if Valentin knows the WSB is trying to kill her. She doesn’t believe it. At worse it may be a rogue agent.
They discuss her plan to use herself as bait. Anna asks him to call his watchdog away from her house.
They recall how they used to fight and she admits she admires the way he gets away with his crimes and is able to compartmentalize his life.
Now that her reputation is tarnished, she can say her earlier transgressions made her determined not to let criminals slide.
Sonny suddenly asks if it wasn’t actually Victor who exposed her. She thinks it was just a final act of revenge. What else could it be?
They mull it over. They don’t even know if the bullet was meant for her. He explains he’s been working with Pikeman. She tells him he doesn’t want anything to do with them.
Tracy gets on the elevator with Gregory and the immediately start bickering about etiquette.
She gets a call from Monica canceling their dinner date.
Gregory invites her to join him for dinner. They ratchet up the politeness but she thinks it’s torture.
They eat and he tells her anecdotes about his dog urinating during one of his lectures.
Tracy finds this surprisingly charming.
He insists on picking up the tab and she admits he’s more entertaining than Monica.
Gregory says she can pick up the tab next time.
“Who says there’s going to be a next time?” she asks.
His arm starts spasming but he plays it down and quickly exits.
Lucy and Felicia have drinks and worry about Sasha and Cody.
Coe doesn’t understand how Sasha could have snapped like that. It could have completely tanked Deception.
Only The Deceptor seems to be keeping the company alive.
Lucy can’t stop thinking about what Martin is hiding from her since she learned he was keeping alimony payments from her.
She realizes they don’t know if his ex-wife is as awful as he claims.
He must be refusing to marry her because he wants the money.
Jovial Martin arrives and asks if he can join them.
When Lucy brings up The Deceptor, he changes the topic and asks about their trip.
They chat about Llanview and Felicia runs off.
They sit and chat about his mom. She wonders about his financial burdens given his ex-wives and the care for his mother.
When she asks about his third ex-wife, he says she’s just awful.

General Hospital comings and goings
Alexis stop by Molly’s to fuss over her.
Molly wishes she could go back to work and shows her the stuffed animal that Kristina brought her.
They recall how Alexis had to leave carrots out for the stuffy and how it was there for every important moment in Molly’s life. It feels like just a second ago that she was a little girl.
Molly says she may be all grown up but she still needs her mom. She really wants to make memories with a child of her own someday. She rehashes everything that has happened since she learned she couldn’t have a baby.
Her mom is sure she and TJ will make the right decision. Molly says they want a baby but don’t know how to go about it yet.
They thought about IVF but her eggs aren’t viable. She can’t help but think that Kristina as a surrogate could be the best solution.
Alexis says there is a lot to weigh with Kristina’s offer. Molly keeps thinking about it.
Her sister could be the perfect choice.
Although she’s reluctant to weigh in, her mom reminds her that Kristina will have a relationship with the baby forever and she wouldn’t be just an aunt.
Things could get complicated and they can’t know how things will pan out. It’s a huge commitment.
Molly knows but doubts her sister understands that. She thanks her mom for giving her something to consider.
Alexis reminds her she’s not doing this alone and leaves. When she gets to the hall, Tracy calls and asks if something is wrong with Gregory’s health.
Kristina barges into Michael’s office and asks why he’s being such a bastard to Nina.
He asks why she’s so nice to her. She knows what Nina did but she’s part of the family now and he he has to get over it.
His sister urges him to give Nina a chance. He’s done that many times. She orders him to make peace.
He’ll support whatever Willow decides.
She’s impressed that he keeps his options and gives nothing away. She wishes she could be like that.
Her brother gives her credit for being open and honest.
Kristina is glad he sees those as good qualities.
They sit and she tells him about the non-profit she’s been setting up.
She’s realized she’s in over her head. He’s the smartest person she knows and she wants him on the board of directors.
He’d be happy to help. She worries she’ll make a huge mess of this and have to be bailed out.
She’s worried she’ll let their dad down but he thinks she’s underestimating him.
Michael says their father can surround her with all the professionals she needs if she asks. All she has to do is reach out.
She points out how much faith he has in their father and is sure this proves how much he loves him.
As Cyrus is reading the Bible in the Pentonville library, Book grabs him and starts threatening him.
Drew pops up and orders him to back off.
Book tells Drew to back off and Cyrus starts having chest pains.
Grabbing Book, Drew smashes his head on a table and knocks him out.
As Drew tries helping Cyrus to the infirmary, Book wakes up and grabs a shiv from his sock.
They fight and as Drew pummels Brook, the guards arrive to split them up. Cyrus continues gasping and clutching his chest.
Before Drew can be taken to solitary, he’s allowed to use his military training to help Renault.
As he tries to help, the guard calls for a doctor. Cyrus blacks out.
