Thurs Sept 28 GH recap: Drew wakes up after surgery, Mason brings Cyrus an update, and Jordan wants an investigation of the attack.
Wednesday’s GH recap: Sasha ripped into Gladys and got a confession, Olivia nearly kissed Eddie, and Spencer and Trina’s trip hit a snag.
Ava walks into Carly’s as Joss and her sisters are shooting each other with water guns. They hit her. The kids jog off and Ava towels off her face.
She and Joss chat about Drew being out of surgery. The doctors seem optimistic.
Ava owes him for bringing Trina home. Joss thinks her friend is really lucky to have her in her life.
The Jerome goes off to check on the kids.
Spencer and Trina arrive in New York City. She tells him their room is perfect and they kiss. It’s hard for her to believe they had to come all the way there for time alone.
He has to run off and get the tickets and suggests she decompress. As soon as she’s alone, she looks at the bed and calls her mom to say she’s okay.
Then she calls Joss and shows her the room, telling her how amazing everything is. Joss asks if she’s excited. Tonight is the night. Is she still ready?
Trina has been ready for awhile but they are never alone. Joss is so happy for her and wants most of the details later.
Spencer returns and says everything is running on schedule. She wonders what’s in store.
She’s eager to go out and see all the museums. He’s glad she said that.
Room service brings champagne. He pops the cork and pours them glasses.
They eat caviar and he apologizes for how long it has taken them to get to this point. He toasts to the woman he loves.
She toasts to them. They kiss some more until he pulls away and says they have a dinner reservation. He has to take a shower first.
Once they get dressed, he tells her she’s breathtaking and slips a necklace on her. He wanted her to have something permanent to remember this weekend.
They kiss again.
Back at Carly’s, Ava and Joss chat about Trina. Joss asks her to stay for dinner.
After that, Ava puts the kids to bed and reminds Joss she promised them a bedtime story.
The topic turns to Drew and Joss wonders who tipped off the SCC.
Ava asks what it’s like dating a man who works for Sonny. She hopes she has her eyes open wide because she’ll have to when she’s involved with someone in “the business.”
Mason stops by Pentonville to see Cyrus. He doesn’t know anything about Drew but the last thing he heard didn’t sound good.
His boss starts getting Biblical. Mason admits they have a problem with Betty. She may have gotten too cocky and showed Corinthos her cards.
Cyrus thinks that’s an idiotic idea and has guessed that Ava is the one who betrayed them. She needs to face retribution. He doesn’t care that Nikolas asked them not to hurt her, he’s not the one running the show.
“Get it done!” he barks.

The warden meets with Jordan in the corridor. She’s there to check on Drew, concerned about his attack. She’s eager to see if he can shed any light on it.
Jordan thinks they whole thing is suspicious and suggests there could have been collaboration between prisoners and guards. She wants an investigation into who was on duty.
In Drew’s room at General Hospital, Carly paces and thinks of how much they love each other. She tells herself she needs to get him out of Pentonville.
Deanna comes in to check on him and says he’ll be out for the night. Carly asks if there could be complications.
Drew wakes up to say he’s doing pretty good, especially since she’s there. Deanna leaves to notify a doctor.
Carly beats herself up about Drew being attacked. He keeps saying it’s okay.
Jordan and the warden arrive and ask how he’s doing. He’s surprised to see the warden.
Carly starts lecturing the warden, shocked there is violence in prison. Jordan says they are all there to brainstorm on how to help.
The warden gives Drew an apology and says she never wanted him to end up in a hospital bed. She assures them they are doing all they can to make sure this never happens again.
Meanwhile, Ava calls Nina to tell her Drew is awake so she won’t have his death on her conscience.
Once Jordan and the warden leave, Drew gets Carly to sit and reminds her they are alone. He doesn’t want to talk about prison and takes her hand.
At home, Gladys keeps trying to rationalize what she did to Sasha and insists she loves her. Sasha asks her to prove it by confessing and putting Montague away.
Gladys keeps apologizes and Sasha repeats her demand that she help. Corbin finally agrees because she feels so terrible.
Once she leaves, she calls with information about an escaped fugitive.
Moments later, cops arrive and drag Sasha back to Ferncliff.
“Why Gladys? Why?” she yelps.
Dr. Montague arrives at the PCPD to give Dante his statement. Cody watches them through the window to the interrogation room.
Mac joins them and Montague makes his statement, explains that Cody jumped him when he was checking on Sasha. When he woke up, he was in the bathroom without his clothes.
Dante pulls out the pills that were found in his pants and asks if he can explain them. The doctor claims he’s never seen them before and suggests Cody could have been her dealer.
The cops thank him for his co-operation. As soon as they open the door, Cody assumes they are letting him go and jumps him.
Mac and Dante pull him off as Sasha is brought in in cuffs. Mac announces she has to go to Ferncliff.
Sasha and Cody don’t like that but Dante assures her it will only be for awhile.
She’s taken away and Cody is dragged off to processing, telling Mac that he needs to look into what Gladys has been doing.
Montague approaches Gladys. He tells her that Sasha needs his care and she’s going to get it back at Ferncliff.
Meanwhile, Cody tells Mac that Sasha can’t return to the hospital but Mac assures him she’s safe.
At Ferncliff, Sasha panics as she’s bound to a bed. Dante protests but the orderly insists and pushes the cop out of the room.
Left alone, Montague looks in at her. She spots him.
