General Hospital recap for Tuesday, October 25, 2022. In today’s GH episode, Liz and Terry leave for Monterey, Cam wonders why Joss is so involved with Dex, Ava tells Nina about Nikolas’ fake confession, and Victor threatens Nikolas.
We also have Monday’s GH recap where Anna was arrested after more damning evidence was found, Holly slapped Victor, and Gladys offered to be Sasha’s guardian.
At General Hospital, Liz gives Cam all the information he needs to look after the kids while she’s away with Terry.
When he learns she’s going to Monterey, he tells her she can’t go.
He reminds her that her parents live there.
She sidesteps by saying it’s a big place.
She says Joss can come to the house but can’t spend the night. He doubts that would happen anyway.
When she asks what’s going on with his girlfriend, he doesn’t want to talk about it.
They’ve been struggling to find their footing since the whole sex tape thing.
She’s sorry she wasn’t more helpful during that time. After they hug, he leaves for work.
At the nurses’ station, Finn tells Terry he knows the real reason she and Liz are going to Monterey.
Violet runs in with her grandfather trailing behind. She’s eager to go costume shopping.
Her father sends them to his office.
Finn thanks Terry for getting Liz out of town for a few days.
Terry hopes it will help Liz get some answers.
When Liz and Terry meet up, the doctor tells her she’s making a mistake.
Liz remains determined to get into her parents’ house and search it for evidence.
She can’t say anything to Finn until she has all the evidence.
Finn arrives in his office and thanks his dad for looking after Violet.
She skips over to his phone and asks who the woman in the photo on it is. It’s Reiko.
Her father explains that he was married to her many years ago, but she died.
Gregory adds that sometimes doctors can’t save the sick. Violet hugs her dad.
Liz interrupts and Gregory leads his granddaughter out.
Finn explains he had to tell his daughter about Reiko. She assures him he did all he could to save her.
He wasn’t prepared to explain that to Violet.
Liz asks him to keep an eye on the boys while she is gone.
He tells her to enjoy her trip. They hug until Terry interrupts to take her to the station.
As Joss settles in at Kelly’s to write a paper, she calls Trina to leave a message hoping she’s having a good time with Rory.
As soon as she’s off the line, Dex pops up.
She doesn’t want him to sit down as long as he’s still working for Sonny.
He sits down anyway and tells her things are complicated.
He claims he just needs the job.
Sonny didn’t kill him first and ask questions later.
He’s accepting his apology because he’s an honorable man.
She warns that he could end up as dead as Jason.
He points out Jason wasn’t killed working for Sonny. Joss knows but points out that he sacrificed almost everything in his life for his boss.
She tells him that Sonny betrayed Jason, her mom, and everyone else he supposedly cared about.
Joss admits she judged him harshly when they first met but he’s been surprising her.
Now she’s disappointed in his choices. She doesn’t want him to be another person Sonny screws over.
Cam interrupts and Dex immediately exits. Joss tells her boyfriend that things are fine.
She admits she knows Dex better than she’s been letting on and rescued him from Sonny.
“What is it about this guy that gets you so worked up?” he asks.
She starts complaining about how unjust the world is instead of explaining. Cam loves her for her moral compass.
He admits that Michael told him that she rescued Dex… but he wonders why she didn’t.
Recently, they haven’t been on the same page. She agrees.
He misses his girlfriend. She says they can plan something as a couple.
They kiss. As they hug, they both look doubtful.

Kelly Thiebaud exits and the latest GH comings and goings
Britt and Cody go to the bank to find the safety deposit box that Peter left for her.
She worries that nothing was ever legit with her brother and what surprise could be in store.
They wonder what could be in the box.
Whatever it is, Britt assumes it will complicate her life. Cody doesn’t think she’s the sort of person who runs away from a challenge.
He hopes that whatever is in the box doesn’t upset the peace they have developed.
She admits his support has been surprisingly helpful.
The clerk brings in a box. Reluctantly, Britt pulls out her key and the clerk leaves them alone.
When she opens it, she’s shocked that it contains a diamond and ruby necklace.
She asks Cody if it might be real. He prompts her to hand it over so he can check.
Using her compact, he cuts the mirror and confirms the diamonds are real.
It looks like millions worth of jewels.
She wonders where Peter could have got a necklace like this.
Cody has a hard time letting go of it. He’s never held anything that expensive.
Britt locks it up and puts it back in storage.
Cody asks if she’s sure she wants to leave it there. She puts the key in her bra.
Nina arrives at her penthouse as Ava makes martinis.
She wonders if they are supposed to be celebrating or drowning their sorrows.
As they drink, Nina tells her about how much Olivia hates having her around and then the Sasha guardianship situation.
Ava wants more to drink.
“How long is this roommate situation going to last?” Nina asks her.
She makes it clear she loves having her around, but this is starting to feel like a place she is hiding out.
Ava isn’t sure what future she wants. She’s never been conflicted like this.
Part of her wants to cut the prince out, but he made a desperate gesture to win back her trust.
He basically gave her control over his life by writing out a confession to cover for her.
Nina assumes it’s better she doesn’t know the details.
Ava can see how devoted he is, even though he slept with Esme. She might not be ready to forgive, but she’s also not ready to give up.
Nina has to answer the phone.
Ava picks up the envelope holding the confession and discovers a note that reads, “Missing something?”
Victor corners Nikolas at the Metro Court.
The prince already knows he told Ava he wanted a divorce and doesn’t appreciate him going behind his back like that.
Victor makes it clear that his nephew is not in control of this situation. He complains about how tedious the whole thing is. Nikolas vaguely alludes to things changing.
He’s sure that his uncle needs him. “The Cassadine legacy is in my hands,” he says.
Victor complains that he and Valentin are both too concerned with their selfish interests than the greater good.
He accuses him of letting Ava destroy his relationship with Spencer.
He points out he hasn’t even visited him in prison because he’s been placing all his attention on Ava.
Victor offers to help build bridges with his son if he gets rid of Ava.
He pulls out the confession and orders him to divorce Ava or he will take him out.
