Wednesday, Nov 1, 2023: Today on General Hospital, Ned flashes back to his past with Lois, Cyrus asks Carly for a job, and Charlotte is happy Anna has found a place of her own.
Tuesday’s GH recap: Trina’s nightmare concerned her, Charlotte eavesdropped on Valentin, and Spencer found Cyrus with Esme and issued a warning.
At the Quartermaine estate, Leo is dressed as Albert Einstein and challenges Lois to some math games.
Eddie joins them but leaves after he hears they are having a math-off.
BLQ wanders through and bumps into Tracy in the foyer.
They instantly start bickering.
BLQ makes it clear she doesn’t want Deception from her.
Tracy thought she liked it there but her granddaughter says she poisoned all that.
Tracy tells her about the importance of sacrifice and they bicker about the kind of life BLQ is used to.
Tracy tells her she just worries about her and reminds her of what a disaster the music industry has been for her family.
She wants her to have something stable and that’s Deception.
All she did was to secure her future. BLQ understands that but accepting her gift would rob her of her self-confidence.
Tracy just wants to help build her up.
All BLQ wants is peace and quiet but her grannie says that will never happen.
When BLQ still refuses, Tracy agrees to back down.
Eddie returns to Lois and Leo as they solve math problems.
Leo wins their contest and runs off.
Lois tells Eddie how impressive Leo is.
Something she says makes him flashback to their wedding.
She says it looks like he’s seen a ghost.
He asks where they were married and she tells him about the wedding and them going up on the bridge after.
He declares he has to go and runs off.
Leo returns for another match against Lois.
Eddie goes to the kitchen with his guitar.
As he starts playing his son, Lois rushes in.
He starts scribbling lyrics.
She tells him he’s still got it.
She tells him to play the rest but he explains it’s not finished.
He’s been at a creative dead end.
Lois assures him that the fire that got him there will also see him through.
Carly is startled when Cyrus pops into closed Kelly’s.
He really likes the holiday decor.
She tells him he’s not welcome there.
He’s looking for a job and has experience as a cook.
Carly thinks he’s barking up the wrong tree.
He didn’t think she’d discriminate against an ex-con.
She admits most of her friends are but he’s a monster.
He understands her position but claims he has turned over a new leaf.
She says he’s a predator and they don’t change.
All of this only makes him smile.
He repeats that he’s changed and she can ask Drew about it. He saved him.

Anna goes to Valentin’s and admires all his festive decorations.
She can smell something cooking.
He explains Charlotte has taken over the kitchen.
“Just in time. You wanna be my guinea pig?”
Charlotte asks Anna as she comes in. She’s making pumpkin bars for her friends.
Anna thinks she needs to buy some candy in case anyone shows up at her place.
She’s moving into Maxie’s old flat.
Charlotte is thrilled she has a place of her own.
She feeds them her baking and they’re impressed.
They smoke alarm starts beeping in the kitchen and they run in to deal with it.
Ava joins Lucy in the coffee shop. Coe announces there is a prospective buyer for Spoon Island.
That’s a shock for Ava. Lucy explains the offers have been rolling in.
A holding company has made a bid.
Lucy is just verifying their details. Ava wants the whole amount put in escrow.
She can wait for the buyer who meets her exact terms.
Ava exits.
Scott arrives and Lucy vents about why she got out of the real estate business.
He reminds her he’s not a real estate lawyer.
She wants him to help her break her agreement with Tracy.
The Quartermaine is sabotaging her and she needs to get her out.
Scott sees no way to nullify the contract.
Even if he could, the lawsuit would be relaunched and the company would go down.
She refuses to let Tracy run her company. As she tears into a muffin, she gets an idea.
Lucy realizes she only needs to get back two percent of the company to have control of the company again.
Ava brings Avery to Kelly’s. As the kid goes off to decorate cookies, Ava thanks Carly for letting her leave her daughter there, out of harm’s way.
They talk about her plans to sell Wyndemere.
Ava needs to move on. After what happened with Mason, she determined to sell.
Carly is surprised to hear that Lucy has found a buyer.
Diane arrives at Robert’s office and eavesdrops on him arguing with Scott about evidence in a case.
She interrupts and tells Scott that what he’s hope to accomplish won’t happen.
On his way out, Scott tells Robert he’s wasting the taxpayer’s money.
Diane and Robert joke about Scott.
She asks him to an event she’s attending. He eagerly agrees and is excited to wear a tux.
Leaving, she promises details later and he starts searching for a tux to rent.
Anna shows up to announce she’s moving and needs his help. He reminds her all she owned burned.
Robert helps Anna cart a case of her old work from the WSB over to her new place.
After they put the trunk down, she realizes her keys have gone missing. They call the super and get a copy.
Once they get inside, she opens the trunk. All the paperwork is off the grid and no one has any idea it exists.
When Valentin takes Charlotte to the hospital, she apologizes for turning on the broiler and burning her pumpkin bars.
“It’s not like you burned down the house,” he says.
They meet with Kevin. Valentin leaves them alone to talk about her difficult year.
Charlotte and the shrink sit down. He assures her the details of what they discuss will stay in the room.
She says there’s no big secret.
Her father is overthinking things and nothing terrible happened at boarding school.
When the session ends, Valentin joins his daughter and the doctor and they chit chat about Halloween.
Kevin stares as Valentin walks off with his daughter.
He sits in his office, making notes about how Charlotte is mature for her age and good at camouflage.
She’s extremely protective of her father.
Valentin takes his daughter home and tells her he loves her.
She’s sorry… for burning the pumpkin bars.
She flashes back to the letter she got from Victor warning her about Anna and then pulls Anna’s keys out of her pocket and smiles.
