General Hospital’s Josh Swickard Shares Photos of Baby, ‘You have no idea how loved you are!’

A new chapter brings joy to one happy couple.

Josh Swickard and his wife Lauren took to social media to share their joy and a massive amount of gorgeous photos of their baby girl, Savannah Kaye, born April 2.

The couple posted, “Savannah Kaye Swickard you are SO loved. Born 4-2-21 on Good Friday 💕❤️ You are a world changer baby girl!!!”

February 17:

Congratulations to General Hospital’s Josh Swickard (Detective Harrison Chase) and his wife Lauren, who just announced that they’re going to have a baby. Their excitement is contagious as seen in the announcement on Instagram, “#GIRLDAD so excited for this next chapter of life…. @laurenswickard let’s gooooo!!!!!!!!”

Swickard’s wife stated, “@joshswickard and I have kept this secret long enough. Our dream come true. Baby girl, we can’t wait to meet you! 6 weeks until you’re here!!! We love you SO MUCH! 💕🌸💐 #33weekspregnant #secretsout #babygirl”

The couple met on the set of Roped, a movie that came out in May of 2020 where they were love interests. Swickard fell hard and fast and after a year and a half, he proposed in December 2018, in front of their families during a game of charades.


The Swickards married on July 6, 2019. Since their marriage, they’ve kept up working together. Lauren Swickard wrote the movie, A California Christmas, and both starred in it. The couple wrapped up the movie on August 1, 2020 and it came out around Christmas. The story tagline: “With his carefree lifestyle on the line, a wealthy charmer poses as a ranch hand to get a hardworking farmer to sell her family’s land before Christmas.”

When wrap day came around, Swickard was excited and thanked her husband for being by her side during the writing process, “About 4 days ago I wrapped my first movie as producer, writer, and actress. This fulfilled a dream I’ve had in my heart for YEARS. Thank you to my husband for sitting with me through quarantine as I wrote this script. For the hours and hours of “Babe!!! Does this work?” “Am I good enough” – I love you @joshswickard.”

The movie was released on Netflix and quickly shot to the #1 position.
