Days of our Lives Peacock recap for Monday, September 26, 2022.
In today’s Days episode, Chad forces Clyde with a gun to confess, while Jada and Rafe rush all over Salem trying to find Clyde, and Nancy has a difficult time believing that Clyde murdered Abigail and attacked Sonny.
In Friday’s Days recap, Chad found his gun once he learned Clyde killed Abigail, and Craig was put on the hot spot by Rafe, while Jada and Nicole got into it about Eric.
Bonnie giggles up to Justin at home to tell him Nancy and Clyde are getting married, thanks to her.
She explains how she helped a devastated Nancy find a mate online. Justin doesn’t like this and wonders how she can be excited about Nancy or anyone else marrying a criminal.
Justin thinks Clyde had Sonny stabbed several years ago to send him a message. Bonnie wonders if Clyde wasn’t involved but Justin is positive he was. Bonnie sighs. Justin gets a call from Sonny. He goes off.
At Salem Inn, Craig refuses to help Chloe stop Nancy’s wedding.
Chloe reminds him of how they saved him from marrying Leo. Craig believes Clyde’s paid his debt to society. She calls him a career criminal who is probably dealing drugs out of Brady’s pub. Craig laughs.
“He traumatized Ben so badly, he turned him into a serial killer.”
Craig doesn’t think it’s a big deal because “it was a long time ago.” They can’t judge him. Chloe’s exasperated. Brady just stares at them as they disagree.
Outside City Hall, Nancy squees. She can’t wait to be Clyde’s wife. They kiss.
He calls it faith or good fortune to have her in his life. She’s his miracle. She’s glad she took a chance.
She takes off to get even more beautiful. Belle pops up looking snooty at Clyde. He asks how her client EJ’s doing. She says he’s fine and asks why he asks. “No reason,” he says cryptically.
He tells her that he’s off to marry Nancy, which shocks her.
At SPD, Rafe and Jada realize that Clyde’s Abigail’s killer because he doctored the time stamp on the alibi video of him fishing.
Rafe leaves a message for Chad that Clyde’s the killer and they’re off to pick him up.
They dash out and arrive at Brady’s pub but Clyde’s not there so they race to City Hall.
EJ finds Chad at the DiMera homestead. EJ asks if there’s news on Leo.
Chad calls him innocent. Clyde killed his wife and he’s about to make sure he pays. EJ asks if he can help but Chad tells him to go to hell before he goes.
Belle turns up and tells EJ that Nancy’s marrying Clyde tonight.
They can’t let that happen. EJ’s disgusted and tells her that according to Chad, he’s Abigail’s murderer.
EJ plans on handling Clyde himself. EJ should have put him down the minute he realized he was the one who tried to kill him. He goes to the safe to get his father’s gun.
Belle tries to stop him but the gun is gone. Chad must have taken it. It was there yesterday. He’s going to kill Clyde.

Daily Days of our Lives recaps
Nancy arrives at the Kiriakis mansion to beg Bonnie for help in getting ready for her wedding.
Bonnie gasps and sweats and rushes her friend upstairs.
They return to the living room and Nancy’s hair is done and she’s in a peacock outfit. Bonnie hands her a bouquet she wrapped with a blue ribbon.
She says her outfit is new and borrowed the earrings vintage and she’s all set. Justin appears looking glum.
He tells the ladies that Clyde Weston is Sonny’s attacker.
Nancy’s smile falters. Justin explains that he was trying to frame Leo Stark.
Nancy finds that ridiculous. Leo had a hit list.
Justin knows but none of that matters because Clyde’s also Abigail’s killer. Nancy tells Justin about the surveillance video that proves Clyde’s innocent.
She cries and tells Justin to stop trying to ruin this for her.
She’s getting married today and nothing he can do will stop her.
She thanks Bonnie for helping her but isn’t sure it’s a good idea she come to her wedding considering how her husband feels about Clyde.
She takes off, crying. Bonnie tries to grasp this news and wonders if Sonny made a mistake. Justin doubts it.
Clyde paces outside City Hall and arranges his boutonniere.
Chad comes upon him and jabs him with his gun and tells him to walk.
At City Hall, Chloe tries to get out of staying for the wedding.
Rafe and Jada arrive and Clyde thinks they’re there for him. Rafe says they believe Clyde Weston stabbed Sonny and killed Abigail.
They quickly explain that the time stamp on the video footage from the docks was altered. Chloe’s stunned and worried.
Nancy rushes in and the cops ask her where Clyde is. She doesn’t know but she knows why they’re there.
Justin told her but she says Clyde’s not the one who attacked Sonny.
The men are confused and offer to get her a drink.
She’s not confused. Chloe tells her the police also believe he killed Abigail and admits Clyde altered the time stamp on the video. “No!” Nancy says.
Craig looks hurt on her behalf. Nancy is angry and cries.
Chad brings Clyde to Abigail’s grave and forces him to his knees.
He knows Clyde killed his wife and asks why. Clyde denies it.
Chad knows the footage was tampered with. Why do that if he wasn’t guilty?
He demands to know why “you slaughtered my wife.”
Clyde admits Abigail wasn’t the one he meant to kill. “It was Belle.”
EJ blabbed to her about their history.
Clyde visited EJ and planted bugs and learned that EJ told Belle that Clyde was involved in EJ being shot and left to die years ago and that if he talked, Clyde would take it out on his family.
“Your brother wanted to rub me out but not EJ.” Clyde knew she still intended on making him pay.
He went to the mansion to “teach her a lesson.”
Chad yells at him to explain what he did. Clyde doesn’t think that’s a good idea.
Nancy returns to the manse to tell Bonnie that she talked to the police. Clyde’s Abigail’s killer and Sonny’s attacker.
She sobs as she gets this out. Bonnie’s horrified.
She didn’t want to believe it and she’s so sorry.
