Fri Oct 13 recap of B&B: Brooke and Hope are upset with Ridge for lying to them, Deacon is confronted, Hope can’t stop thinking about Finn telling her she deserves better than Finn, and RJ summons Finn and Li to discuss Luna’s resignation.
Thursday’s B&B recap: Brooke’s jaw Drops When Hope Reveals Deacon’s in Love with Sheila, and Luna Confesses to RJ
In the CEO office of Forrester, Hope tells Brooke and Ridge that she saw Deacon with Sheila, and they’re in love.
Brooke almost falls over in shock.
Hope must have misunderstood.
This is ridiculous. She turns to Ridige who admits he knew about this but thought they were over.
The women question when he found out and why he didn’t tell them.
Ridge calls it complicated but they used it in their deal with Deacon. He thought it’d keep everyone safe.
Hope asks Ridge how that worked out for him.
He scowls and she crosses her arms. Brooke asks how Hope feels. She’s done.
Disappointed. Sad. He was turning his life around.
Brooke doesn’t understand and when Hope asks her to talk to him, Brooke sighs but agrees.
Ridge will go with her. He doesn’t want his fiancee alone with Sheila.
They take off and Hope looks like she’s ready to cry.
At his apartment, Deacon and Sheila make out.
He pulls away and she worries the sparks are gone.
She wanted to take his mind off of Hope but he worries he’s lost his daughter.
It’s only a matter of time before Brooke finds out. Sheila gets jealous.
Does he have feelings for her? Deaocn says that ship has sailed.
Sheila calls Brooke a masochist when he says she has her hands full with Ridge.
Sheila hates to see him so down and hopes he has no regrets.
He says life is too short for that. She offers a massage.
“Hard pass,” he says with a laugh.
She’s off to take a bath and wants him to join in. They kiss.
In the Forrester design room, RJ and Luna make out loudly.
She’s glad there are no more secrets between them.
So is he but hates that she’s dealing with stress.
She tells him he mustn’t know her aunt well. He won’t let Li drive her out of FC.
RJ doesn’t want to lose her. They smile at each other.
Later, he gets a message that Finn’s here.
Finn arrives and Luna looks uncomfortable.
Finn reminds him she’s her cousin. They embrace and he says it’s been years.
She was in grade school. RJ says she’s an intern at FC.
Finn seems happy but they tell him his mother doesn’t like it.
He doesn’t get why and she tells him his mom and hers don’t get along.
She purposefully kept them apart.
RJ says she insisted that Luna leave Forrester but he wants her to stay and asks if Finn will help his cousin.
Finn knows his mom can be intense. They joke about how he showed off climbing trees.
He laughs that he had issues getting back down.
He has to get to work but vows to talk to his mama.
They embrace and he exits. RJ tells him her aunt is on the way over and he pressures Luna to talk to her. Li arrives and RJ sets her straight. Luna is working at Forrester and she isn’t going to quit.
Li tells him this is family business, not his. RJ lets her know that this is his and his family’s business.
Li doesn’t care. Luna has written her resignation letter and will leave Forrester. “Today.”

Daily B&B spoilers into October
Ridge and Brooke visit Deacon at home.
They start in on him throwing his life away on a psychopath like Sheila Carter.
Sheila comes out of the bath in a robe and Brooke tells Deacon she will take away everything he worked so hard for and destroy it.
She urges her ex to tell Sheila to “get lost and never come back.”
Ridge starts in on Deacon, telling him he thought that this relationship was over.
Deacon says it wouldn’t have done any good to tell him it was ongoing.
Sheila tells him the heart wants what it wants and Deacon says she’s not a threat. Ridge disagrees.
Brooke is proud of Deacon, knowing he truly changed but he needs to end this with Sheila.
In the CEO office at Forrester, Hope has on one of Thomas’ beaded gowns.
He fits her and asks what the hell was her dad thinking not telling them about Sheila dating Deacon?
She has no idea and is still in shock. He claims he’s missed spending time with her.
She looks guilty as he says he misses ‘us’.
She thinks about Finn’s words in telling her Thomas may have changed but that she’s a great person who deserves better than Thomas.
Then she flashes to Brooke saying the same thing.
Thomas notices he’s lost her.
She apologizes but he says she never has to apologize to him.
She gets unconditional support. They make out.
