Thurs March 8, 2024: Today on Young and Restless, Victor gives Jordan an ultimatum, Tucker sees a new side to Ashley, Nikki makes a distress call to Jack, while Tessa and Mariah talk about moving out of the Tack House.
Wednesday’s recap: Victoria Sobs Watching Her House Burn Down, Ashley Hears Voices and Lies to Abby as Nikki Calls Jack in Distress

At Society, Mariah can tell that something is bothering Tessa.
Tessa says one of Victor’s security guards stopped her on the way out, thinking she was Jordan.
It freaked her out. Mariah is appalled and says she’ll talk to Victor about it.
Tessa knows the woman is a menace and she’s glad there’s security but they both think it’s a bit much.
Tessa worries Aria’s picking up on it.
She wonders if it’s time to move.
If Jordan burned Victoria’s house down, what else will she do?
There are always threats with the family. Mariah knew they’d never stay there forever.
It’s always felt weird being in a separate house on Victor’s property.
“Sharon’s house is one thing,” she says. They’re not Newmans.
They sit on the sofas and look at houses.
They find a nice farmhouse that sounds romantic to Tessa.
It’s in their price range but Mariah asks how far out in the boonies it is.
She thinks they need to make a list before they make a decision.
“Wow. All this and brains, too,” Tessa says to her wife.
They find another house with an amazing kitchen.
They can cook together. Mariah laughs. “It’s so good to have dreams.”
The location is good, they have a finished basement, and a sunroom overlooking the yard.
They enjoy the discussion and are looking forward to their move. They kiss.
In his room at the Athletic Club, Tucker receives Ashley’s text and calls her.
She asks how long he intends to keep her waiting.
When he asks what it’s about, she won’t get into it on the phone.
Annoyed, he says he’s packing to leave for Paris. “Without me?” She purrs.
He says he’s taking Audra and sarcastically promises to throw a few chairs at their favorite bistro.
Ashley calls that ancient history and vows that once he talks to her, he’ll rethink Paris.
He’ll rethink everything.
Ashley heads to his room later and Tucker tells her about Abby’s visit.
Ashley assures that he won’t hear from her.
Tucker says she’s confused about her bizarre 180s. He accuses her of playing games.
She says she wants things to go back to the way they were between them.
She knows they have trust issues.
Tucker raises his voice. This isn’t going to happen he says.
She asks then why he invited her up to his suite.
He thought she had something honest to say.
She wants one thing and moves into his arms.
He throws up his arms and backs up.
She keeps on about how they’re going to be together and when she won’t listen to him asking her to stop, he yells at her to stop. “It’s not going to work.”
She shrugs off his yelling and apologizes for everything. He accepts.
She tries to touch him again and he throws her hands off him.
She wants to know what to do to change his mind about her.
Audra arrives with a kiss. “What’s she doing here?” Tucker says she’s just leaving.
Ashley rates their kiss. “I give it a 3 out of 10.” She assures Audra that she and Tucker will be married again.
She goes and Audra’s annoyed that she was there. Why didn’t he meet her in public?
Tucker tells her what happened. They get drinks.
He knows she’s mad but doesn’t want her to be jealous.
She thinks she has every right to feel how she feels about this situation.
Tucker thinks she has some strategic move but it isn’t going to work.
He says he almost lost Audra once and won’t let it happen again.
Tucker saw something in her eyes that was different.
“She was confused,” he says like she didn’t know what she was doing or why she was there.
Audra’s not so sure. She asks if Ashley will follow them to the airport.
Hide in his suitcase.
They laugh but he doesn’t think she’ll interfere.
They start kissing.
Later, Tucker’s shirtless as he thinks to himself. “Something isn’t right.”
Audra watches from the bathroom door.
Downstairs at the bar, Ashley gets a drink.
She starts hearing voices. “I think she suspects.”
Ashley says it won’t be much longer now and then she’ll be safe for good.
Jack arrives at the ranch to see Nikki.
She’s sorry for calling so late and is sure Diane’s miffed.
Jack reassures that he’s there for her.
She tells him everyone’s asleep and shows him her stash of vodka she keeps in a pillow on one of the sofas.
Jack’s astounded. She says the security team didn’t find it but she hasn’t touched it.
He can see she’s had a rough night.
She talks about the house fire and her former sponsor’s murder.
Jack questions her and she says Seth was excited to go to rehab.
He never would have committed suicide.
He went to the bar to confront Jordan.
She details what the waiter said but she knows Jordan killed Seth to send her a message.
Jack’s so sorry. She blames herself but Jack calls Jordan a sociopath.
Jack’s rocked to hear about the fire. Nikki’s grateful Johnny and Katie are at boarding school.
She’s terrified at how much she wants to drink. Jack suggests a meeting right now. They dash off.
Upstairs, Victor sits on his bed and reads when a call comes in.
It’s Jordan who asks if this is a good time.
He’s been expecting her call.
She mentions reading about the fire, though he knows she set it.
Jordan asks where Claire is really residing.
Victor thinks that’s up to her to say.
She talks about her need for revenge on behalf of her sister and Victor wants to put this behind them.
Jordan hollers about them stealing Claire from her and turning her against her.
Victor reminds Jordan she stole her first.
Jordan snipes that she was showing her what real family loyalty is.
Victor sarcastically calls her loyalty deeply touching. He has regrets about Eve.
Jordan asks what he’ll do to make amends. He asks her to meet.

Nikki and Jack take in an AA meeting. She talks about it being one of the worst nights of her life.
She knows some of them know her story but for those who don’t, she details it, then tells everyone that Seth passed on after he was pushed in front of a car.
She didn’t see it but blames “this woman, Jordan.”
She cries as she talks about hating her.
Nikki feels guilty. It’ll haunt her forever.
And now she just wants to crawl inside that bottle and drink.
She knows it wouldn’t honor Seth’s memory.
He’d want her — want all of them to be strong.
She wants Jordan punished.
“I wanna see her pay, and pay, and pay.”
Nikki wants Jordan to be gone permanently and not of old age.
She wants unbearable agony for her, for her to beg for the mercy she didn’t show Seth.
Jack sits with his mouth open.
Back at the ranch, Nikki tells Jack how good she feels being able to talk about her feelings about Jordan.
She thanks Jack for helping her hold it together. She has another favor.
She asks him to take the vodka with him. Victor walks in and demands to know what that bottle’s doing in here.
Nikki explains Jack’s taking care of it. Victor thanks Jack before he leaves.
Victor tells her he has to make a call. Nikki asks what’s really going on.
He turns the talk to Jack coming over but she tells him that if he didn’t, she might have taken a drink.
She demands he tell her where she’s going.
At home, Jack pours himself a water and watches Ashley come in from the kitchen.
She’s peppy. He thinks she looks refreshed.
She agrees and says everything is coming together. Without Tucker, they agree.

At Daniel’s condo, he, Heather and Lucy are having breakfast together when Lily walks in with an armful of groceries.
Lily stares at the scene and Lucy waves at her.
At her suite at the Athletic Club, Phyllis has been crying.
She tells Nick that it’s difficult trying to be the person that her kids want her to be.
“And at the end of the day, I just feel alone.” She moves in and kisses Nick.
At the ranch, Nikki tells Claire she’s afraid that she’s not up to telling stories tonight. Claire is curious about how she met Victor Newman.
In the alley, Michael tells Victor not to make him a liar to his wife.
“No heroics or surprises,” he asks.
He promised Lauren he’d be home in a few hours, safe and sound.
Victor assures Michael he has nothing to worry about.
Jordan enters the alley with a gun trained on Victor.
She pulls off her wig.
