Thursday, July 13 recap of B&B: Ridge insists Thomas is a changed man, Steffy appreciates the little things, and Brooke catches Thomas and Hope having sex
Wednesday’s B&B recap: Ridge defends Thomas and RJ assures Liam that Hope is loyal to him, while Hope and Thomas have sex, again.
Night falls on the people of Los Angeles.
At Thomas’ place, he and Hope are still cuddled close to each other in bed.
Hope wakes up and wonders how long she has been asleep. When Thomas informs her it’s been a little while, she believes she should probably get going.
Before she can get up, though, the two spark with another passionate kissing session.
She wishes they could stay like this forever and that it is exhilarating.
She recognizes what this is going to do to her family, but also admits she has wanted him for a long time.
He never expected it to happen, but they both are glad it did.
Hope cries about how she tried to resist him and do the right thing, but she just couldn’t do it any longer.
She and Thomas discuss Brooke and how hard Hope pushed back at her during their conversation regarding him. She wonders if she will ever forgive her for the things she said.
Hope feels content being with him, even as her entire world is falling apart.
At the Cliff Side house, Steffy and Finn spend quality time together in the living room while the children are asleep.
Finn insists that for the rest of the night, it is all about her.
They kiss and Steffy says she never wants to take anything they have for granted.
The small things turn out to be the really big things in life she reminds him. He agrees with her.
He tells her to stop thinking about losing him and that he is there, with her and the kids. He kisses her and says he is not going anywhere.
She remembers their reunion and he tells her that is what she should focus her thoughts on, instead of all the negative stuff.
They discuss the situation with Hope, Liam, and Thomas. Steffy wonders how Hope ever let this happen after insisting to Steffy she had nothing to worry about.
Steffy says Hope really is a Logan after all.
Finn says Liam needs to man up and fix things with his wife. His family needs to come first, according to Finn.

At Forrester Creations, Ridge and Carter are working late in Ridge’s office.
Brooke interrupts as they discuss Ridge having strong design ambitions at a time he should be passing on the torch to the next generation.
Carter insists he hasn’t seen Ridge this happy in a long time.
Ridge credits his happiness and his work all being because of Logan.
Brooke looks at Ridge’s sketches and they acknowledge to Carter that Rome was a success.
She does, however, wish things could be better for Hope and Liam.
Brooke says her daughter has gotten off course, and that it’s not like her.
Ridge declares it to be just a bump in the road and that they will make it over it.
He insists that Thomas is a changed man and wants to make sure Brooke knows that.
She does still have questions about what happened in Rome, but she is aware that her daughter initiated the kiss.
She also says Thomas has kept his word about working with Hope in a professional manner. Ridge thinks Thomas would love to hear that coming from her.
Brooke says she’s been meaning to tell him, but hasn’t found the right time.
She says she is actually going by his place when she leaves and perhaps she will stop by.
Brooke kisses Ridge goodbye and says her daughter really needs to fix this, as she exits the office.
Ridge and Carter continue to work and they admire Thomas’ latest work.
Carter looks concerned when Ridge informs him that Brooke is actually going to visit Thomas right now and that it was only a kiss between him and Hope.
Ridge says to trust him, there is nothing to worry about with Thomas.
Thomas and Hope move from talking to having sex, again.
Brooke parks the car outside, gets out, and walks to the door.
When knocking, the door opens slightly and she can see the living room is empty.
Brooke curiously steps in and calls his name, and says the door is open.
She notices Hope’s employee badge on the chair, and upon further scoping of the room, she sees her wedding ring sitting on the desk.
Brooke panics and heads toward the bedroom.
She flings the door open on the two of them, interrupting their rolling around under the sheets, and demands to know what Hope is doing.
