General Hospital recap for Tuesday, May 3, 2022. In today’s GH episode, Sonny tells Nina about his fight with Michael, Austin wonders if Maxie is ready to move on, and Martin and Lucy agree to go public.
We also have Monday’s GH recap where Willow sobbed as Harmony woke up and Carly told everyone who drugged her.
Lucy sneaks into Martin’s room at the Metro Court. He’s waiting in a robe and tosses her a rose. She drops her fur coat, revealing she’s naked underneath. After they have sex, she asks after his mom but he doesn’t want to discuss her while naked.
They’ve missed each other a lot and chat about her IPO launch. Now that the company is public, they can also go public with their relationship. She is rich and he doesn’t need a client like Valentin anymore.
She’ll be able to throw lots of other clients his way. The lawyer likes to be in control of his own financial destiny. Lucy wonders if he has a problem going public with their relationship.
Martin tells her he is proud of their relationship, but that would dissipate if he thought she was paying his way. She thinks that’s charming but would like to eat out more.
He decides he’s done kowtowing to Valentin. He can always find another client, but not another her.
Walking the hall, Valentin tells someone on the phone he knows the deal and will do whatever needs to be done, no matter what it costs him.
When Martin and Lucy head down to the restaurant, they bump into Valentin and announce they are dating. This is no surprise to him. Martin won’t allow anyone to dictate his personal life.
Valentin wishes them the best and is happy to see them happy. In that case, Lucy doesn’t plan to withdraw her support for him from ELQ.
In her room, Liz kisses Finn. She jumps when she knocks something over. Being with him and not thinking about the house feels nice. He makes her feel safe. Cam calls her and she assures him he doesn’t have to worry about her.
He calls and checks on Violet and Aiden sends her a text about the ghost. Finn reminds her he will be next door if she needs him. She gives him an extra key.
Once the doctor leaves, she has a shower. When she comes out, she screams for Finn. He runs in and discovers that the room has been trashed.
They call the cops over. Rory takes their statement. Liz remembers she didn’t use the security latch so someone with a key card could have entered.
Liz and Finn go down to the restaurant and bump into Lucy. They tell her that someone broke into her room. Finn runs up to get phone and Lucy tells Martin to get the nurse a hot toddy.
Lucy asks Liz what’s next. She’s afraid that whatever is going on is following her. The police seem to be out of their depths on this so she would like the name of the medium she mentioned.
Upstairs, Rory tells Finn that no one showed up in any of the video feeds.
Sonny finds Nina sitting alone at The Savoy. She’s surprised that he’s there and informs him that Harmony was in an accident. He doesn’t think Michael would welcome his presence at the hospital.
During a fight, his son disrespected him and that’s not something he can easily forgive. No one has called him and it is not his place to get involved.
She’s glad to see he’s been taking care of himself and not drinking. As the place empties out, he takes off his jacket and asks her to dance. The bar staff watch as they dance around the floor.
Nina realizes her car is waiting for her and thanks him for the dance.

At General Hospital, Willow and Michael tells Carly that Harmony is awake. TJ comes out and says they had to cut the surgery short and will have to go in again in the morning.
He agrees to let Willow visit her alone, but any stress could cause a setback she won’t recover from. Once she goes in, Michael thanks TJ for allowing the visit.
When Willow visits Harmony, she promises to be there whenever she wakes up. She doesn’t understand what happened tonight, but whatever it was, they can get through it together.
Harmony opens her eyes and groans, “I’m so sorry.” She’s loved being her mom. Willow says they have more memories to make. All she needs to do is rest. Struggling, Harmony tries to explain.
Meanwhile, TJ and Michael discuss the situation with Harmony. The doctor pays his sympathies. It may be hard to treat a woman who tried to kill his wife’s mom, but she’s human and it’s his job.
Michael wonders if it would be for the best that Harmony dies. TJ thinks Willow needs the answers she can give.
Carly sits and thinks about the papers that Harmony was burning which showed she wasn’t Willow’s mother. Michael joins her and admits he can never forgive Harmony for what she did to her. He thinks Willow will be better off without her.
He hasn’t told Sonny about any of this. Carly wants him to have a relationship with his father but he doesn’t want anything to do with him.
Hearing Harmony’s machines beeping, TJ rushes in and sends Willow out. Turning to Carly, Willow asks her what Harmony was trying to tell her. Carly promises there will be plenty of time to discuss this.
TJ returns to explain they have given Harmony a sedative and she needs to rest. They encourage Willow to take a walk. Once she walks off, TJ leaves for a consult and Carly stares into Harmony’s room.
Harmony opens her eyes and motions Carly in. She explains that Willow still doesn’t know she’s not her birth mother. She’s held that back for Willow’s sake but she deserves to know the truth.
“Nina,” Harmony gasps.
After a walk, Willow tells Michael that none of this makes sense. He advises her not to drive herself crazy. They rehash what they know and she needs to speak to his mom to get more details.
He knows waiting is torture but sometimes it’s best not to know. He assures her that Harmony will get through this. They hug.
At Maxie’s, she tells Austin that she wants to see him tomorrow but has stuff she needs to do with her kids. She doesn’t want to ask her parents to babysit two nights in a row.
He wonders if this is really about them spending two nights in a row being too much too soon. Maxie says she has a lot less free time now that she’s got kids. He understands.
She used to be spontaneous to the point it got her in trouble, but she wouldn’t trade that for what she has now. Going out has to be practical now. Austin understands that but wonders if she’s looking for an excuses to push him away.
Maxie isn’t pushing him away but is cautious about getting close to someone new. She assures him he’s nothing like Peter. The doctor thinks she may have realized it’s too early to start something new.
He says they can go back to being friends if she’s more comfortable with that. “To hell with that!” she declares, kissing him. As they make out, her daughter comes out and asks what he is doing there.
Georgie is hungry and thinks Austin should go. Maxie tells him she’s sorry they were interrupted. He assures her they have plenty of time and leaves as her daughter demands more apples.
