Fri Feb 23, 2024: Sam and Danny talk about Jason, Ava offers Sonny her support, and Gregory asks Tracy if there was something she wanted to tell him.
Thursday’s GH recap: Carly quit Crimson, Sonny realized what Jagger is up to, and Spinelli kissed Maxie.
At General Hospital, Sam approaches Liz and thanks her for arranging for Danny to volunteer there.
She thought it would be godo for him to stay busy while grounded.
Sam can’t believe her son is doing this already.
Liz reminds her that wild children grow out of it.
Sam worries something deeper could be going on.
She’s not sure what normal teenage behavior is.
Danny shows up and asks to go home. He’s eager to leave.
His mom orders him to go back and get his coat.
Liz assures Sam he’s being normal.
Sam tells her how much he reminds her more of Jason all the time.
He’s quiet like him but it seems different.
She worries about Danny looking at her as an enemy and wishes there was someone to tell her what to do. So does Liz.
The teen years are rough on everyone.
The nurse just tries to meet each of her sons where they are at.
Shared experiences can help get them to open up. Sam thanks her for the advice.
Danny returns and walks off with his mom, complaining home is like a lock-up.
Molly and TJ are thrilled as the doctor checks Kristine over and everything is going well.
When Dr. Navarro asks if they are ready to know the sex, Kristina blurts out, “Yes!”
Molly and TJ look startled.
Molly makes it clear to her sister that they want it to be a surprise.
Her sister apologizes and after an awkward moment, they ask to hear the heartbeat.
They are all amazed as they listen.
Navarro walks the couple out and they thank her for everything.
They thank Kristina too.
They are uncomfortable telling each other that everything is okay and Kristina takes off.
TJ thinks that everything feels weird. His wife agrees.
She is sure her sister is just being over-enthusiastic and they want her to stay invested.
This is new for all of them.
They kiss and she says they will get through this together.
This also means it’s time that they can announce they will be parents.
They tell each other how much they love each other.
Sam and Danny go to the footbridge where Jason used to go.
She explains she feels closer to his dad there and maybe he can feel that too.
She knows that his dad was supposed to teach him to drive when he turned 16 and it won’t be the same without him.
He admits it all feels weird sometimes, especially having Dante around.
He’s been missing his dad more than usual.
Danny tells her his friend Wyatt’s dad came back after two years overseas.
They used to talk about missing their dads and he wishes Wyatt’s dad wasn’t back.
Sam assures her son he can talk to her. “I’m good,” he says.
Kristina drops by Blaze’s suite. She tells her the OB appointment went well…but something strange happened.
She tells her how magical and real it felt when she heard the heartbeat. Blaze thinks she gets it.
That all sounds positive to her so Krissy explains she wanted to know the sex and her sister didn’t.
She feels bad saying it but it felt like the baby was hers. Blaze reminds her the baby is part of her so this is normal.
They hug and Kristina thanks her for not being judgmental. Blaze thinks she’s amazing and reminds her that the baby is her family too.
She tells her all she’s feeling is normal and healthy. She sees her and that takes her breath away.
They kiss.
Blaze asks her to stay, they undress and have a nooner.

Sam
Sonny returns to the penthouse and smashes something as Ava stands back.
As he picks up the shards, she asks if he got anything out of Selina’s guy. Sonny explains the guy coming after him calls himself “Stone.”
He thinks someone is trying to use Stone’s memory to rattle him. She thinks that’s despicable.
They recall how Ryan did that to her.
Losing Spencer brought back losing Kiki. Sonny says it’s blown everything up for all of them.
Sonny explains that Stone represents all the people he failed to save.
He explains that he and Selina are going to use her traitor to set up “Stone.”
He’s suffered a few betrayals lately, including from Michael. He can’t trust anyone.
Ava tells him that he has her. “Who would have guessed?” he asks. They laugh.
Sonny says the only person you can really touch is yourself. She reminds him that Avery has them.
After she walks off, he removes his wedding ring.
In the warden’s office at Pentonville, Anna argues with John about the investigation. She accuses Jagger of trying to hamstring her.
One of the cops suggests she listen in on what Cyrus and O’Neil are discussing.
They all hush as they listen to Renault encouraging O’Neil to tell him who is threatening him.
As he starts to open up, Heather bursts in and starts railing at Cyrus as a charlatan.
She tells O’Neil that the mayor is his sister and they keep no secrets. She blames Cyrus for her daughter’s death and attacks him.
This knocks the audio feed out.
The cops and Feds burst in as Heather continues to rant. The guards take O’Neil back to his cell and Heather is dragged off.
John says this was all a waste of time. Cyrus announces that his talk with O’Neil was very enlightening.
Renault explains that while everyone was distracted by Heather, he had words with O’Neil.
Jagger asks what he told him.
Cyrus says he wouldn’t give up a name but he’s convinced that the person who could get to him is untouchable. He’s a ghost. The person they are desperate to find is dead.
Gregory finds Tracy sitting alone at the bar in The Grill and asks if she’s waiting for a hot date.
When he learns she’s not, he suggests she join him and his sons for dinner.
She joins them and Gregory shows her pictures of the pillow fort he built with Violet.
Tracy notices that Gregory is having trouble and drops his fork. She slips him hers so the others won’t notice.
Finn is shocked when he hears about the plans to go to Coney Island and his father reminds him of when he took him there.
They talk about all the work Tracy has been doing and Gregory mentions she’s been collecting RSVPs personally.
Gregory announces that Alexis has agreed to be his plus one.
Tracy is silent when Finn asks who she is bringing and leaves to powder her nose.
Once the kids leave, Tracy returns and Gregory asks if she really came by to confirm his RSVP.
He got the feeling she was there to say something else.
She claims that if she was, it’s slipped her mind and shrugs it off.
The boys return and Chase insists in driving Tracy home.
She admits this was fun. “It really was,” agrees Gregory.
