Friday, Nov 3, 2023: Today on General Hospital, Anna thinks she’s figured out who is after her, Alexis is amazed her daughters have reconciled, and Willow has another dream about Harmony.
Thursday’s GH recap: Kids Trick-or-Treat in Port Charles, Adam creeped on Joss and Dex, and Charlotte’s last minute change in costume causes confusion.
Carly closes up Kelly’s and dismisses the staff for the night.
She calls Alexis for an update on Drew’s case but there is none.
Alexis will keep pushing. “I know you will,” says Carly.
Sam wanders in to check on her friend. Carly assigns her to clearing up the crayons and worries about Drew.
Waiting for news is driving her crazy.
Sam says it would change Scout’s life to have her dad home.
She hasn’t told her daughter because she doesn’t want to get her hopes up.
Carly is trying to do the same.
Sam commends her on how civil she’s been to Nina.
Carly knows that fanning the flames won’t help.
She wants Sonny to be happy and Nina has been behaving.
However, she doesn’t think she’s changed.
But if Willow is happy, so is she. “What about Michael?” Sam asks.
Carly thinks he’s not as good at covering his feelings as his mother.
She’s sure he’s still wary of her.
Neither of them thought Sonny and Michael would ever reconcile.
It has been really tough but life goes on.
Whatever happened in Puerto Rico seems to have changed things between Michael and his father.
After they take out the trash, they admit that neither of them ever imagined they could be this civil to each other. They’re happy about that.
Sam leaves to find Dante and the kids, telling her she can reach out any time.
Once she’s left alone, Carly turns out the lights.
Drew shows up. She runs to him and they kiss.
She’s amazed and he tells her how much he loves her.
Dressed as Princess Leia, Willow walks outside Kelly’s when Harmony’s ghost appears.
She gives her a warning.
As she talks, Willow can’t hear the words.
Willow wakes up from this dream on the couch of the gatehouse.
She tells Michael she had the Harmony dream again.
She recounts the dream and the warning with no sound.
Willow can guess what she’s trying to tell her.
Liesl told her to ignore it but she can’t shake the prospect that someone is lying to her.
He flashes back to confronting Nina about turning Drew in.
Willow wonders if she’s just nervous about how well things are going with Nina.
Since the wedding, she and Nina have been getting along and she’s even considered going to Montreal with her.
She thinks it would be a positive experience for all of them.
In the past, she might have dreaded it but things have changed.
She’s starting to think she could have a real relationship with Nina.
The only thing he cares about is her and the kids being happy.
He’ll do whatever it takes to make that happen.
Alexis arrives at Molly’s.
TJ is busy at work and the surrogate had to cancel coming over.
Molly goes off to unpack the food and Kristina shows up with pumpkin ice cream.
Alexis is amazed to see the sisters are getting along and talking about organic food.
She asks what’s going on.
They weren’t speaking to each other and now they are hugging.
Molly explains they ironed things out. Alexis is proud of both of them.
The sisters decide that hammering it out was worth it and hug.
They eat and recall past Halloweens before joking about how Molly’s baby must be a girl.
Baby names come up and Molly admits the baby is all she can think about. She pulls out the book of names.
She and TJ have been thinking Albert.
Her sister doesn’t like that and mocks her when she suggests Ferris instead.
They go through the book and then eat ice cream before discussing Drew and Judge Kim.
Molly says that Scout is missing Drew and they hope for a miracle.
The party breaks up. Kristina leaves with her mom, who tells her how thrilling that was.
Molly looks at baby names.

GH C&Gs, Ellen Travolta’s return
Valentin is in his car with Charlotte and a bunch of trick or treaters.
Before they can get out, he stops them.
Charlotte looks worried.
He gets them out and gives them orders on how to behave for the night.
He tells his daughter to have fun.
After he walks away, Jake asks her why she changed her costume. She says maybe she’ll go as the hermit next year.
Pretty soon, she slips away from them and changes her costume.
The other kids notice she’s gone.
They split up to look for her.
She wanders by and Jake follows.
At the penthouse, Laura and Kevin catch up on the night.
They worry about Charlotte and she asks about his first session with her.
He says she was pleasant but gave nothing away. But she did talk about being protective of her father.
The doctor points out that he has been the one constant in her life.
Protecting him is like protecting herself.
She doesn’t know how that translates to burning down a house.
As they think that over, Valentin calls to tell them that Charlotte is out with her friends. She thanks him for checking in.
She and Kevin sit on the couch and she worries about what Victor might have said to her when he visited her at boarding school.
The mayor admits that Charlotte reminds her a lot of herself at that age.
She threw herself into a lot of adult situations she likely shouldn’t have.
But she didn’t have a grandfather like Victor whispering she should hate someone.
In the streets, Valentin meets with the kids but Georgie and Aiden tell him that Charlotte disappeared and Jake went after her.
Aiden calls Jake but gets no luck.
They tell him Jake took off after some kid in a hermit’s costume from the tarot cards.
In her new apartment, Anna goes through her files.
She stops at one and exclaims, “Of course it was you you smarmy bastard!”
She calls Robert and tell him she has something he needs to see.
Grabbing her gun, she leaves with her files.
Anna goes to Robert’s office and shows him the file.
There was a big screw up at the WSB by Forsythe but it was buried.
She wonders if he is targeting her.
Anna considers taking this to The Invader.
Robert urges her to be careful and they wonder if Forsythe burned her house down because he thought the trunk was in it.
Anna says she knows exactly what she’s up against now.
Charlotte sneaks into Anna’s apartment with the keys she swiped.
Opening up the trunk, she flashes back to Victor warning her not to trust Anna.
Her flashlight goes out. As she starts fidgeting with it, Anna arrives outside.
Hearing someone, she draws her gun and opens the door.
Spotting the figure in the dark holding something, she shoots.
