General Hospital recap for Tuesday, June 6, 2023. In today’s GH episode, Laura and Kevin decide to leave the country together while Esme gets advice from Portia and Maxie starts looking for a house as Jordan and Zeke get to know each other better.
We also have Monday’s GH recap where Dex and Joss professed their love, Michael told Carly that Dex worked for him and after she refused to throw Sonny under the bus, while Portia asked Zeke to talk to Trina.
Portia goes to Esme’s room at GH to care for her since she believes she has strep throat. Portia learns she has a job and doesn’t want to spread it to anyone at work or her baby. It’s awkward while Portia maintains her professionalism.
Esme hates the idea of leaving Ace, causing Portia to ask if she has to work since she has resources in the eyes of the law. Esme’s confused. She doesn’t want Spencer to take her son from her.
Portia says she has rights and taking money from her baby daddy doesn’t make her unfit. Portia examines Esme and does a culture for strep. Esme wonders why the body aches then. Portia thinks it’s stress.
Esme admits she had a panic attack at work, which leads Portia to assume it’s tense living with Laura and Spencer.
Esme admits Spencer told her he’d follow her if she left Port Charles. Portia wonders if it’d be better for her without having Ace’s family watch her every move.
In her own room, Willow wakes up and touches her IV. Clara arrives to check in on her. She’s doing fine but is in pain.
She offers to let her mother in. Willow’s confused when Claira says she’s been camped out there 24.7.
Willow’s shocked and admits last year she learned that the woman she thought was her mother wasn’t her biological mom.
Clara’s sorry. Willow tells her a little about Harmony’s story and Clara considers it from a mother’s point of view and not wanting to repeat their parents’ mistakes.
Willow admits Carly is her mother-in-law and she’s thankful she has her in her life.
Clara thinks it’s a shame that her biological mom died. Willow confesses she’s alive and in Port Charles but she wants nothing to do with her. When Clara learns it’s Nina, she asks if she’ll eventually forgive her the way she did Harmony.
Willow scoffs but is silent when the nurse asks how she’d feel if she learned Nina died in a freak car accident.
She admits it’s complicated. Clara’s relationship with her mama wasn’t perfect but she’d give anything to see her again. When her phone beeps, she takes off.
Drew stops by Curtis’ house and they bump fists when Curtis says the DNA tests are back and he’s Trina’s father.
He hit the jackpot since Trina’s a gem. Drew agrees.
Curtis has regrets about the time they spent apart but is looking forward to the future.
He’s moved back in. Drew’s surprised since last they spoke, he was conflicted about his feelings.
They talk about how he and Portia are taking things slow and that Jordan’s unhappy with him and accused him of using her to sort his feelings. He says it’s valid but he didn’t intentionally hurt her.
Drew starts talking about Carly and giving up Sonny to save her. If not, the cops will pit him against Carly.
Only one of them can make a deal but Drew’s working on another way to beat this.
Curtis says the deal between Aurora and ELQ didn’t make money so what’s the big deal?
Later, they’re back discussing Jordan and that kiss that Curtis says confused everything and brought up old feelings.
Later, Drew calls to make a deal with the SEC.
At the bar at the Metro Court pool, Zeke and Jordan introduce themselves and get drinks. She’s direct and thinks he’s overconfident and then they stare at their phones for a beat before she apologizes.
He asks if someone did her wrong. She calls her mood her own fault and when he questions her, she admits she kissed her ex who promptly went back to his wife. He cringes.
Later, they’ve left when a server comes by and takes the drinks and places them on a tray. He fishes out a diamond ring from one.
She knows it’s stupid and asks to buy him a drink. He tells her a story about a bunny and she asks where he’s from since he looks familiar.
He says he’s from out of town, but this place is starting to look better by the minute.
They gaze at each other and smile.

At the pool, Brook Lynn asks Tracy to wait until they get home to talk but she says she hasn’t brought her anything on the Deceptor bet. “Is it Chase?” She asks. Is he distracting her?
She can tell him it was her who called the CCRB. BLQ hushes her. Tracy calls the law and order types hung up on the rules. BLQ won’t hurt Maxie, Lucy or Sasha.
They’re great friends and bosses. Tracy tells her that’s going to change soon before she walks away. Later, Chase returns to ask where Tracy went but BLQ has no idea.
Laura goes to Kevin’s office. She needs to discuss something and closes the door behind them.
She’s decided to go to Russia with Valentin to find Nikolas and before he can react, she tells Kevin he won’t change her mind.
She thinks her son needs help. Kevin thinks she should help, which surprises Laura.
He knows enough not to try to talk her out of changing her mind and he decides he’s going along.
She worries about leaving Spencer and Esme to their own devices but Alexis and her daughters can keep an eye out. Sonny can, too.
Laura calls for a translator to accompany them. She finds Yuri’s between jobs and can go with them. Laura’s thrilled at the chance to see her son again. They embrace.
At the magazine, Lucy wants to celebrate with Maxie but Brook Lynn and Sasha aren’t there.
Lucy suggests they can do it twice. They drink to worldwide domination, cruelty-free cosmetics and The Deceptor.
Lucy opens the champagne and they start yelling.
They drink and discuss Maxie finding a house. Lucy doesn’t do a lot of realtor work these
days but has access to some websites still.
They agree to do a deep dive and scoop her up a dream house.
They look at some out of Maxie’s range and Maxie says he wants the kids to have their own rooms. They find one suitable in a tree-lined area with a big backyard and three bathrooms.
Maxie is enchanted. It’s perfect but she worries she can’t afford it. Lucy says they’ll come up with new and better products.
Upstairs at Metro Court, Zeke takes Jordan to his room where they make out like crazy and rip off each other’s clothing before they roll around on the bed.
