Days of our Lives Peacock recap for Friday, November 4, 2022.
In today’s Days episode, Rachel catches her parents fighting, Stefan and Chloe share a moment, and Xandy reluctantly kidnaps Susan.
In the last Days recap, Eric and Nicole were hot in the photoshoot, Chloe took the job at DiMera, EJ caught Wendy out, and Stefan fed Gabi wedding cake.
Sarah rushes around her No-tell-motel with spray, spraying all of the cockroaches as Xander appears in the door.
She tosses the can. “You got him,” Xander says, tossing the bug in the trash. He’ll buy more.
He says he connected with a job prospect that seems promising.
Sarah’s excited. He’s sketchy with details. A cockroach jumps on her and she screams.
Xander smashes it with her daily journal and Maggie’s check falls out. He questions his wife.
She explains Maggie saw the place and it’s a little money to tide them over. She’ll give it back if he wants.
He doesn’t want to live off of Maggie or her. He feels jumpy about the new job. She asks if it’s illegal.
At Marlena and John’s townhouse, Brady accuses Kristen of getting Chloe a promotion at DiMera.
Kristen looks bored as she denies knowing anything. She barely knows Li and doesn’t work there.
Brady knows she still pulls the strings. He remembers the bad performance reviews from her in Chloe’s file.
“Maybe he thought she’d do a better job without you,” she spits. Brady reminds her that though he isn’t working with her, he loves Chloe more than ever.
Kristen bitches that he once told her the same thing. They argue and bring up Rachel’s name.
Brady isn’t sure if the woman he loved ever existed. Rachel runs out and demands to know why they’re fighting again.
They try to explain. It makes her tummy hurt, but then she admits that it’s been hurting all day.
Kristen feels her head. She’s feverish. She points to where it hurts and Kristen worries it’s her appendix.
Brady thinks she’s eaten too much Halloween candy. They dump the pumpkin that held all of the candy in.
It’s filled with wrappers. Kristen still worries so Brady says he could ask Sarah Horton to examine her.
Since she gets motion sick, he doesn’t want to bring her to the hospital in the car.
Wendy meets Stefan at DiMera Enterprises. He asks why she was talking about him.
She claims she was talking to herself. His file jumped out as problematic since the HR records show him as dead.
He jokes that she should try to fix his voter registration.
She asks what it’s like to have missed four years. “It’s good to be alive,” he says but not easy.
She says his wife has his job and is engaged to Li. Stefan brushes that off.
Gabi used to impress him but not now. He hates thinking of their time together.
Wendy doesn’t want her brother to get hurt. She asks what made him hate her. Stefan’s reluctant to tell her anything but fills her in on the details, telling her there’s someone else, anyway.
Chloe arrives. “There she is!” Introductions are made and Wendy toddles off.
Stefan says he stopped by the Inn to see her. She explains Li offered her a job. He’s glad to hear.
She can’t spend that much time with Brady anymore.
She wishes this didn’t hurt so much. He hugs her when she tears up.
When she says she wishes she could stop thinking of Brady, Stefan helps her with a kiss.

At the mansion, Susan tells EJ that she’s honest and doesn’t like keeping secrets from him but Elvis’ boy is sick at heart of everything going on these past few weeks.
He misses his ex. Ava Vitali.
EJ questions Johnny who lies that he didn’t realize it until he talked to his grandma.
EJ reminds Johnny that the woman is a liar. He knows.
EJ says being taken in by a woman makes him a human, not weak.
Susan thinks he’ll get over her. Johnny gets a text from Wendy. She has information for him. He takes off.
Ciao Strega Nona. “Hah. Witch Grandma,” she says with a laugh. Susans shivers.
EJ questions his mother and Susan feels like someone walked over someone else’s grave.
Ava stuffs rope into a backpack and chloroform before looking at texts from Tripp, begging her to come to Seattle to visit.
He worries she hasn’t enough money.
She becomes annoyed with the incessant texts and finally, he asks why she’s still in Salem.
She grabs a gun and reads Tripp’s next text, hoping she isn’t doing something she’ll regret.
He offers to buy her a plane ticket and she moves to text him back when Charlie Dale appears to her.
The good brother wants him to move in with him, bake him cookies and scrub his floors.
She doesn’t want that life but misses her son. Charlie tells her to put the gun in the bag and stop wimping out.
She’s not sure she can. “Be your authentic self. An evil bitch.” She balks at that but it’s a compliment, he claims.
Back at the No-tell-motel, Xander gets a text from Ava to meet her.
He tells Sarah he got a second job interview so she shreds the check from Maggie.
Johnny finds Wendy at home. He says his grandma is keeping their secret.
She explains her chat with Stefan and learned about Li’s request for former DiIMera pilots. Johnny looks at the list.
Ned Granger is on it. He’s helped kidnap two women for his aunt.
He’s bribable so Li and EJ probably hired him to do this. They need to track him down.
Xander meets Ava at the DiMera crypt. She wants him to snag Susan right now.
He doesn’t seem happy. He thinks there has to be another way to get money from EJ.
Ava pressures him and hands him the backpack. She asks him to be kind to Susan. “I’ll treat her with kid gloves. Latex anyway,” he says pulling out a pair.
He leaves. Charlie returns and calls his mom his pride and joy right now.
Sarah arrives and examines Rachel at the townhouse.
She deduces that the candy is the culprit. The parents relax some.
Sarah is happy to see Rachel and brought her funky sunglasses that light up. The kid loves them.
Sarah knows she always loved sunglasses, even as a baby.
She suggests tea or a carbonated drink after a while. She exits and Kristen offers to pay her but Sarah is happy to do it for Brady and Rachel.
Sarah doesn’t want her money. Kristen knows Xander’s not working. Sarah says they’re fine. She goes and Kristen sighs.
Later, Rachel is feeling better and they snuggle her on the sofa.
She’s glad they’re not fighting anymore.
Kristen puts a hand on Brady’s and he all but sneers but reassures his daughter.
Back at the manse, Susan says Cook is making fried Catfish for dinner.
She’s going to add lots of spice.
EJ says, “Good. I look forward to that coming out in the morning.”
He goes and Susan grabs her purse. Xander comes in through the patio and chloroforms her.
While she struggles, she knocks over a glass heart tchotchke. She passes out.
