Days of our Lives Peacock recap for Thursday, October 27, 2022.
In today’s Days episode, it’s Halloween in Salem and the kids meet at the Salem Town Scare Festival, while Marlena and John realize what’s going on with Brady and Kristen, and jealousies turn a few Salemites green.
In the last Days recap, Sloan almost caught Stephanie in her apartment, Wendy moved into Allie’s place, and Leo ruined the scheme Steph and Chad were running against Sloan.
At Marlena’s townhouse, she receives pumpkin pancakes for breakfast from Rachel, who made them from scratch.
Rachel’s dressed as a princess.
Kristen appears behind her, dressed as a queen and Rachel asks if Grandma can be a part of the royal family.
That’s up to her. She gets Rachel to go to the kitchen for jelly and can see Marlena’s having a wonderful Halloween, but she thinks Rachel can see her sneering at her.
Marlena reminds her she had no warning that she was moving in. She feels sad for Brady and Chloe since they were happy together.
Kristen shrugs and lies that this was Brady’s idea.
The women snipe at each other and Rachel returns with the jelly. Rachel asks if they were fighting.
Kristen lies. They’re waiting for King Brady.
Meanwhile, John catches Brady in Kristen’s room, going through her luggage. He lies that he was looking for Rachel’s favorite dog.
He finds it and John tells him to cut the crap. He broke up with Chloe out of the blue and moved Kristen in?
John yells about him bringing that woman into their lives, especially Marlena’s.
He hasn’t forgotten what Kristen did. He apologizes but he’s doing what’s best for the people he loves.
John never doubted that but he can trust him. He urges him to come clean.
He knows this is a cover and wants to know how he can help.
Kristen walks in, not too happy to find them talking about her and going through her things.
John reminds her this is his house. He’ll talk to his son where he wants and about any damned thing he wants.
He takes Rachel’s toy and leaves. Kristen hopes John doesn’t crack under pressure.
Kristen reminds him she has the serum, and a hold of him. She touches him and he flinches.
She says the serum isn’t in her underwear drawer. He’ll never find it. He’s under her thumb.
She’s not angry. She expected him to search for it but asks him to accept that he can’t change this.
He tells her blackmail isn’t a family. It’s tyranny.
She sits on the bed and tries to entice him with her soft, sexy voice. He refuses her and tells her she’s not the woman he once loved.
He may do as she asks but she can’t change how he feels. He takes off.
John brings Rachel her doggie in the living room and Rachel goes to get him some orange juice.
Marlena asks if everything is okay. He doesn’t think so. “Do you?” She shakes her head. Kristen and Rachel invite Marlena and John.
She asks Marlena to dig up that devil costume from last year. Marlena’s eyes widen in shock.
She is sure John can find an old collar around here. They’re disgusted with her.
Brady appears dressed as a king and they take off, leaving Marlena baffled about why “he brought that awful woman here to stay with us.”
As they talk, John tells her that Brady said he’s doing this for the people he loves.
John realizes Brady was looking through Kristen’s things for the serum.
They ponder whether Kristen is blackmailing Brady for the serum.
Nicole and Holly arrive at Basic Black. Eric’s thrilled to see Holly and takes her photo.
They hug and he snuggles her.
Nicole gets a text that she has to work.
Chloe finds Stefan working at home.
He finds the petition for divorce papers and flashes to signing them.
Chloe asks what’s wrong and he denies an issue while he pours some coffee. She’s been on his mind.
She returns the sunglasses and shirts but it’s a gift. They sit and she reveals she only wants to hang out but she thinks he wants a girlfriend.
Stefan knows she won’t get over Brady in a day.
He can’t excuse Brady’s treatment of her. Chloe doesn’t understand any of it.
Why let that evil woman move into Marlena’s?
She apologizes, knowing Kristen’s his sister.
He’s not offended. He invites her to have breakfast with him and digs out the sunglasses.
They can pretend they’re in Miami. She puts on the glasses. They dine on croissants.
Nicole calls to ask if she’ll take Holly to the Horton Town Scare Festival.
Chloe would love to. She’s thrilled and they disconnect. Stefan offers to go with them. They’ll wear their Miami outfits.

From his suite at Salem Inn, Li calls Dr. Rolf to see how things are in Jakarta.
He says Gabi told him about her run-in with him at the lab. How did he get her to back down?
Li’s surprised, “What? What kind of drug? Why in God’s name did you have to erase her memory? Why did you tell her the truth?”
Gabi walks in wearing a cat costume as he calls the mad scientist a “spineless little…” She questions him.
He ignores her question and calls her provocative looking. “Curiosity killed the cat,” he says touching her nose.
She pushes him and he says it’s to a venture capitalist.
They have to raise a lot of money in a short time to take over DiMera. He likes her outfit.
She says it’s not for him. It’s for Ari. She’s taking her trick-or-treating at the Horton Town Scare where they decorated for Halloween and give out candy to the kids.
Ari wanted them to be cats and she’s missed so many Halloweens with her, she’s making up for lost time.
They talk about how Stefan hates her. Li calls his attitude easier for her to move on. “I’m here.” His feelings for her won’t change.
Gabi feels that way to him and vows to concentrate on him. She kisses him.
They wind up having sex and afterward, she can’t stop babbling about Stefan.
She feels bad but Li gets it. Her husband came back from the dead and hates her.
She’s glad she has him. She loves him. They kiss and Li offers to come with her and Ari.
It’s a good chance to get to know Ari better. He needs a costume. “Ears! Ears!” She says.
She fishes out Ari’s ears since she knows her daughter won’t wear them and puts them on her fiance.
Back at Basic Black, Stefan and Chloe have already taken Holly to the “scare.”
Nicole tells Eric that the client loved the photos he took of her but they want more and are sending over more clothes.
They want her to do this shoot, too. She’s not happy since she wanted to be with her kid but Eric knows.
Nic goes to change into a sexy negligee and when she returns, she asks where he wants her.
Eric almost falls over at her beauty. Later, the photos have been taken and they go through them together.
He calls her beautiful and she looks startled. She goes to change so she can meet her kid at the square.
Chloe and Stefan arrive at Horton square for the Scare.
Holly remembers Stefan from when she lived at DiMera mansion.
As Holly goes off in her shark costume to Sweet Bits, Chloe jokes that they’re the same age emotionally.
Li, Gabi and Ari show up, all dressed as cats in some form or another.
Holly returns, thinking Ari was smart to ditch the ears. They run off to get popcorn balls and Chloe follows to help.
Li takes a call, leaving Gabi to snipe at Stefan.
Kristen, Brady and Rachel arrive. Rachel goes to bob for apples while Kristen tries to make it seem as though this is a family deal Brady snaps at her.
They’re standing together, not doing this as a family.
She sees a kid cut in front of her and rushes to tell him off.
To himself, says he regrets the day he set eyes on her. Chloe walks up. They talk about the costume and Kristen walks up and grabs at Brady’s arm as she gloats about being a family with Brady and Rachel.
Chloe walks away and back to Stefan. Gabi asks if Nicole’s okay since she’s with Holly.
Chloe explains that Nic had to work.
Gabi learns that Brady isn’t with Chloe and that she and Stefan are friends.
Gabi acts jealously and stomps off with Li following, unhappy that they’re still connected.
Meanwhile, Chloe hugs Stefan as Brady and Gabi watch, jealous.
Rachel tells Li that it looks like they both got what they wanted.
