In this episode of CBS’ The Young and the Restless, Nick tells Sally what he wants in his life, Billy explains what’s happened with Chelsea to Lily, and Noah tells Allie about Audra’s miscarriage. In the previous episode, Chloe asked Nick for a favor, and Sharon offered Chelsea the apartment above the coffee shop to live.

Adam is not thrilled when Sally joins Nick at Society.
They start exchanging insults.
Nick accuses his brother of being a narcissist.
Adam tells her that Nick will never love her.
She will just be another Sharon substitute.
Sally is upset by this but tells Nick that it’s not worth it.
Sharon and Billy bring Chelsea’s things to the apartment over Crimson Lights.
Chelsea tells them she’s juggling a lot of emotions right now.
They think it would be weird if she wasn’t.
She’s just facing being at this point in her life and having no safe haven.
Sharon hopes this can be her haven and become a home.
Chelsea says it’s been a long time since she had that.
Billy urges her to look forward to a healthy future.
She’s eager to tell Connor everything. Sharon asks if Malone gave her any advice on how to do that.
Chelsea admits she’s very nervous and Sharon reminds her she doesn’t need to do this until she’s ready.
Chelsea is sure this is what’s best for everyone.
She wishes Adam was being more of a united front about this.
Billy may not like Adam, but he knows he loves his son.
Lily sends him a text and he has to go.
Once he’s gone, Chelsea asks her to stay.
Sharon says there is something they have to do.
She helps her settle in and tells her it will feel more like home once she has her stuff there.
Sharon gives her a photo of Chelsea and Connor.
Chelsea is counting the minutes to see her son.
She guesses she should reach out to Adam.
She calls him and fills him in on moving into the apartment above the coffee house.
He offers to help out any way she can.
Chelsea asks him to bring Connor by.
He can do that but hopes she’s thought over what she will say.
She’s determined to tell their son the truth and hopes he will support that.
He wants to discuss this further, but she refuses to back down.
Adam worries their son might blame himself.
She repeats that her therapist supports her choice, and she wants him to help her do this as a family.
Reluctantly, Adam agrees to bring their son by.
He looks back in at Nick and Sally and gets pensive.
Back inside, Sally swipes the last bite of the appetizer.
They talk about his time at boarding school, and he admits he wasn’t great at being there and flew home when he was 16.
He may have less-than-harmonious moments with his family, but he really loves them.
Sally reminds him that he’s supposed to tell her what he wants out of life.
Nick admits he has almost everything he wants in his life.
He spent years figuring it out and he’s happy with his position at work, his relationships with his exes and his children.
She admires how well he gets along with his former wives.
Nick assures her he’s not pining away for Sharon.
Sally asks where he is emotionally speaking.
He admits he’d like someone to share his life with but assures her that’s not a loaded comment.

New! Y&R spoilers into November
Back in the apartment, Sharon encourages Chelsea to trust her motherly instincts and assures her Adam will support her.
Chelsea thanks him and says she needs to spend some time mentally preparing to see her son.
When Sharon gets downstairs, Adam and Connor arrive.
The kid is glad his mom isn’t living in a hotel anymore.
Adam sends his son off to get a treat and thanks Sharon for coming through for Chelsea.
She’s glad that he’s come around to Chelsea’s point of view and is sure she’s ready for this.
He doesn’t think that will make this easier.
He sends Chelsea a text to say they are on their way.
Adam and his son bring brownies up to Chelsea’s. She’s happy to see her son.
He hugs her and tells her how much he missed her and how scared he was since she avoided him.
Billy joins Lily in the park.
She needed some air anyway and asks about his main focus: Chelsea.
He knows he’s been vague about what’s happening, so he wants to clear the air.
Chelsea gave him to go-ahead to explain that she tried to take her own life.
After they walk for a while, she says, “Poor Chelsea.”
Lily didn’t think it was this bad. Billy explains it all compounded after Rey passed away.
Things got bad and the walls caved in.
She’s surprised that Connor couldn’t help bring her back to her senses.
Lily was depressed in prison but didn’t feel that lost and disconnected. Neil was her lifeline.
This seems very serious. She can see why he felt compelled to be there for her.
It must have been overwhelming.
Billy says he wasn’t focused on himself.
She wonders why he didn’t tell her about this if it was taking a toll on him.
He explains it wasn’t his story to share and adds she was in a psychiatric facility.
Now she lives above Crimson Lights.
Lily thinks he and Sharon are covering all the bases.
He senses she’s upset. She wonders why.
“Just tell me what’s wrong,” he prompts.
She won’t explain and suggests they focus on Chelsea.
He explains she seems to be in a better head space.
Billy wonders if his support for Chelsea is going to be a problem for them. Lily realizes that he hasn’t only supported her, but he’s saved her life.
Allie corners Noah at Crimson Lights and confronts him about what she saw between him and Audra at his club.
Noah didn’t know she was there. She says it seemed like they were sharing an intimate moment.
She thinks he looks panicked.
He promises he will tell her everything, just not there.
When they get to the club, he explains that Audra told him she miscarried their baby while they were in London.
That’s the first he’d heard of it.
She’s sorry he was blindsided by that and wonders why Audra waited to tell him this.
He explains it happened while their relationship was deteriorating, and he walked out.
That’s when it happened.
Audra had never intended to tell him, but all the painful memories came back.
It killed him to know she suffered through that alone, so he hugged her. That’s what she walked in on.
He has conflicting emotions about nearly being a father.
She’s sure it’s like seeing an alternate universe unfold and seeing how different life could have been.
He’s trying not to think about it.
Allie asks if this news has made him see his ex in a different way. It hasn’t.
He feels terrible but it doesn’t change who Audra was or how toxic their relationship was.
The only thing that would change is how they broke up.
“My present and future are with you,” he says.
As they kiss, Audra arrives and watches them.
He locks eyes with Audra and she walks out.
Allie tells him she’s glad they talked this out.
