In this episode of CBS’ The Young and the Restless, Billy’s podcast goes live, Lily and Devon come to an agreement, and someone is stalking Allie. In the previous episode, Nate turned to Victor to expose Ashland after he was threatened by the man.

Billy does his podcast at home and admits his sister gave him some help. He hopes this doesn’t come across as annoying with him talking about his dreams. He admits he’s had a blessed life and struggles. He’s had pain and has made mistakes.
If his offering can help one person or collectively, they can help each other get through things that might hold them back, it’ll be worth it. He wants to discuss Delia’s death and warns that it’s rough.
A defining moment of his life. He calls it a shocking loss that lead him to a path of darkness. He doesn’t think he’ll heal and isn’t sure he wants to because somehow his sweet daughter would disappear. He likes having her there in whatever capacity he can get. Her memory isn’t serving him in the way it could.
He thinks he should love her, honor her and celebrate her without that pain, grief and anger drive him. He’s grateful to have known her.
He goes on about the walls he built of “hatred toward the person responsible for her death.” He realized it was him avoiding his own guilt. He brings up his mind splintering and says something saved him. “Love.” He lets the podcast go live.
From home, Jack texts the anonymous texter to ask who they are. Traci finds him and wants to hear all about his trip. She’ll make tea. He warns that he has a lot to tell.
He reads Keemo’s letters to her as he breaks down in tears. Traci sobs. She wishes she was there for him. He tells her Phyllis was wonderful. He has regrets but she tells him not to go there.
She calls the situation overwhelming as she dries her tears. He fills her in on Keemo marrying and having a kid. “You have a great-niece. I have a granddaughter.”
Traci’s tears turn to happiness. She learns that Allie’s a graduate student and had no idea of who he was. She didn’t send those cryptic texts.
He fills her in on everything and she wants to meet. Jack says it’ll take time. He’s being guardedly optimistic. She admires his determination though she has reservations.
Traci’s pumped that he found Allie but equally grateful he’s home. He kisses her and then heads for a drive to wind down while Traci listens to Billy’s first live podcast.

From home, Devon talks to Jill about the merger. She calls it inspired that their two companies would be unstoppable. he sees possibilities but knows there could be issues.
He is focusing on their first joint adventure and say he’s still considering it.
She thinks delaying the bigger move would be a huge mistake.
She urges him to think about what Katherine or Neil would do. He thinks they’d take their time and weigh options carefully. She thinks they’d agree it’s the right move. Jill’s looked at it from every angle. Seems like it was written in the stars.
She calls him a third parent to their grandson. She thinks that’s a sign. Later, Lily shows up. Devon lets her know Jill called to discuss the merger.
Lily didn’t put her up to it. He knows. Nobody puts her up to anything. She didn’t take no for an answer. Lily asks if that means he’ll go through with it.
He hasn’t made a decision yet. He doesn’t want it to cause issues between them. She claims she’d step down as CEO if it put their relationship in jeopardy. He makes that same promise. He tells her he’s ready. “Let’s do it!”
At Grand Phoenix, Amanda asks Phyllis to tell her all about her time in L.A. with Jack. She says it wasn’t romantic. They’re not in that mindset.
It was heavy and their friendship reached a new level. Once Amanda is gone, Jack shows up to thank Phyllis again and he receives a text. She asks if it’s from the anonymous texter and his face falls.
In Keemo’s house, Allie wishes her dad could give her a sign. He was always the one she turned to when she needed anything. Now that he’s gone, she has nobody.
Her mom is busy and she’s not sure who to turn to. She talks about Jack Abbott showing up. How does she know she can trust him? She wouldn’t want to disgrace his memory by doing something he wouldn’t approve of. She wonders if she should cut him out of her life since he did.
She lays down and falls asleep when someone hovers over her. Later, she awakens with a start and looks around. She asks if there’s anyone there.
Lily returns home to Billy.Both had good evenings and she tells him she had a breakthrough with Devon and the merger. A lot of work and negotiations have to happen but she says it’s going to happen.
She shares their conversation. Billy’s happy. He tells her about his first podcast that he finally got out. He admits she factors into it in kind of a recurring theme.
He’ll never get tired of telling her she saved his life. They make out.
Amanda is welcomed home by Devon with a kiss. She likes that and asks what’s going on. He fills her in on the merger discussion. She’s surprised and calls it fantastic, though she doesn’t smile.
He questions her. She only hopes he thought it through. She smiles and says then she’s ecstatic. They share champagne.

Devon is with Chelsea and Nate who asks if he would be interested in being neighbors again.
Phyllis listens to Jack tell her about his latest text. “Doing what I can to help. I think Allie will be more receptive soon.”
Ashland thinks his wife is waiting for him to make a confession. She tells him that if there is one to make, now would be the time to make it.
