In this episode of CBS’ The Young and the Restless, Abby is furious to learn Tucker is back, Nick and Sally discuss their status, and Lily guesses why Billy is so supportive of Chelsea.
In the previous episode, Adam blasted Chelsea for telling Connor the truth, asked Nick to step aside with Sally, and Tucker announced why he’s back.

Noah is startled when Audra shows up at his club.
She didn’t want to miss his opening night.
Allie introduces herself and asks how they know each other.
Audra is about to explain when Noah cuts her short and says she’s just someone he used to know.
After Noah leads Allie away, he suggests she ignore Audra.
That’s hard since she is staring at them. He’s not helpful in giving her details about the past he shares with her.
Noah snaps and doesn’t want to get into it.
He’s not sure how to handle this but admits she’s the woman he was seeing in London how broke his heart.
He claims they just weren’t meant to be and the relationship was toxic.
Things were pretty bad which is why it’s weird she’s there. If she wants his attention, it’s too late.
When he bumps into her a few minutes later, Audra assures him she didn’t come looking for him and isn’t trying to win him back. He apologizes for being rude.
She’s glad he seems happy. He tells her how happy Allie is making him.
Allie watches them from a distance.
Sitting on a couch, Nick asks Sally if she wants to have a conversation about the ramifications of their relationship.
She’s not sure she wants to discuss their “situation” but worries they might be driving blindly off a cliff. Experience has taught her they are likely to crash and burn.
They discuss her feelings for Adam. She thought what they had was the real thing and he blindsided her.
That’s why she’s sure that they will fall apart too.
He admits he’s had his share of failed relationships and sometimes they have been his fault. It’s never fun when they end. If they decide this is just fun, they could end it.
Sally ponders how that could play out.
He rehashes what they could do if they wanted to play it safe. But he’s hopeful, not cynical and open to seeing where they could take this.
If she thinks there are more chapters in her story with Adam, he will back off.
She decides they shouldn’t label what they have. They decide to do nothing.
“Whatever this is, I like it,” he says.
After Sally steps away, Noah walks over and hopes his father knows what he’s doing with Sally given what she did to Summer.
Nick insists he’s got this and takes off. Allie comes over with a drink and toast with Noah. He asks her to dance. As they do, they look distracted.
Sharon notices Chelsea moping around Crimson Lights.
She pours her some tea and says she looks like she needs it.
Chelsea is distracted by thoughts. Sitting down, Sharon wonders what’s going on.
Chelsea is always amazed when she’s kind to her considering their history.
The blonde thinks they are past that. She gives Rey credit for that. They discuss the wonders of Rey.
Since he died, Chelsea has had no hope. Everything she tries blows up in her face.
She fills Sharon in on telling Johnny she’s his biological mother. That didn’t go over well with him or Connor.
“Why can’t I do anything right?” she wonders.
Sharon suggests they could come around. How was she hoping they would handle this?
Chelsea was hoping they wouldn’t be repulsed. She just wants to be there for her sons.
Sounds good to Sharon.
Chelsea recalls how destructive she was after her stroke and how helpful Sharon was back then. Any time she tries to be a better person, she messes up.
What’s Sharon’s secret? There’s no answer but Sharon tells her how impressed she is by how hard she’s been working on her life.
Chelsea says it’s no wonder Rey loved her so much. “I think you need help,” Sharon says, offering to make some calls. This doesn’t go over well.
Chelsea accuses her of trying to tick her and thinking she’s a lunatic. After ranting, she storms out.

Billy sits at the bar at Society and sends Lily a text, asking to meet.
Abby strolls over and asks how the vow renewal went. He gives her a vague recap and asks after Dom. She was looking after him all day, but he seems better now.
When she prods for more details, he informs her that Tucker crashed the party in a helicopter.
That’s a lot for her to process. She wants to know what he’s trying to prove.
Billy is sure it was all a show to impress her mom.
Abby thinks he better give up on that because he’ll have to go through her first.
At Chancellor-Winters, Lily and Devon finish work and decide to grab some dinner.
She notices Billy sent a text from Society and they decide to go over to hear about the vow renewal.
“It was lovely. I was there. Hello son,” Tucker says as he pops in.
Devon is startled but wonders why he’s returned all of a sudden. Tucker says they have a lot to catch up on. He asks about the company and asks Lily to join them for dinner. She decides to take a rain check.
Lily joins Billy at Society. They immediately talk about the Tucker situation. She says it was awkward with Devon.
He fills her in on Chelsea having a bit of a breakdown and upsetting Connor. Billy knows she’s underwhelmed but she needs help from a specialist.
She tells him that Chelsea is a lot like he thinks he is. That’s why he’s always Team Chelsea.
He wouldn’t go that far…and he’s genuinely worried about her.
Lily wonders about the timing of Tucker’s return.
Devon and Tucker get a table and look at pictures of Dominic.
Abby stomps over and tells Tucker no one wants him there, including her mom.
He concedes she may be right but if he can speak to Ashley, he might be able to convince her things have changed.
She hates the idea of him coming anywhere near her son and storms off.
Tucker asks if Abby still rides a horse naked. He assures Devon he’s not back to cause trouble, he just loves Genoa City.
His son asks what he’s been up to since they saw each other in Thailand. Back then, Tucker was looking for a deeper understanding but didn’t find it, so he went adventuring and racing.
Eventually, he found what he was looking for when he woke up in a hospital bed in Monte Carlo. The rumors were true that he nearly died in a car accident.
He didn’t want to add to Devon’s pain so kept it from him. While he was in the hospital, he realized there is no bigger thrill than living in the present. That’s what he plans to do.
Tucker claims he’s fundamentally re-evaluated who he is and what he wants. Reconnecting with him is at the top of the list.
He tells Devon how proud he is of him. His son appreciates it.
He recalls when he was trying to take over every corporation when he was in town.
Tucker says those power plays were just ways of finding reasons to stick around. Now he knows family is enough of a reason. Devon asks him not to insert himself into the lives of the Abbotts.
Tucker assures him he won’t be pushing. He’ll take his best shot and accept defeat if it comes to it.
