In the Tuesday, September 13, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Steffy pushes her mom to admit she belongs with Ridge, and Brooke urges Hope not to let her relationship with Ridge determine how she is dealing with Douglas’ situation.
We also have Monday’s B&B recap where Thomas warned Liam not to come between him and his son and Liam accused him of being obsessed with Hope.
Finn and Steffy make out in their living room. Her meeting was postponed.
They flirt until Taylor interrupts, apologizing for doing this yet again.
There is some awkward chuckling and Finn says he has to go to work anyway.
After he goes off to dress, Taylor tells her daughter she loves to see them happy. “It’ll happen for you mom,” Steffy assures her.
Taylor says it will happen if it’s meant to. Steffy urges her not to give up on her future.
Finn returns in clothes and takes off for work.
As Taylor eats a clementine, she assures her daughter that she is happy. Steffy is sure that she’s happiest kissing Ridge.
Her mom admits the kiss in Monaco hit different. It was like the old connection came back and she will never forget it. Steffy says she and Ridge love each other and even Brooke can’t change that.
Taylor would love a future with Ridge. Even on his grumpiest days, he makes her happy. Steffy declares they will make it happen and strides off.
As Taylor clears up, she looks at old photos of Ridge and remembers kissing him, then sighs.
At Forrester Creations, Paris models and Thomas notices that Ridge seems distracted.
He sends Paris and Zende out and suggests that Ridge come back to stay at Eric’s to spend more time with Douglas.
Ridge would love to wake up and eat cereal and watch cartoons with his grandson.
But he can do that on weekends and holidays. He’s married to Brooke and should live with her.
Thomas tells him he’s realizing how much he missed with his son.
Being there with him every day is beautiful and wants his father to be part of it. Ridge says it’s not practical. His son says some of the best things aren’t.
Thomas tells him this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to have four generations of Forrester men in the same house. Ridge smiles.
They recall some stories from Ridge’s childhood. He repeats Brooke wouldn’t be on board with him moving.
Thomas keeps pitching the idea and reminds him of all the joy Taylor brings out in him.
When he goes home to Brooke, is it joy and fun or anxiety and drama. Ridge fidgets.
When Ridge sits down to work, he recalls lounging in bed with Brooke and a few of their reunions.
Then he moves his head and remembers kissing Taylor until Steffy interrupts.
She tells him how fantastic things are.
The only thing that could make them better is if he woke up and remembered his true love is her mom.
Steffy doesn’t think he should prevent the whole family from coming together. Brooke is in the way. She slept with most of his family and disrespected him.
Ridge doesn’t like her going after the woman he loves like this.
She reminds him that Taylor loves him with integrity. Just as Finn came back to her through a miracle, Taylor is back in his life.
Life is short and precious and the only thing that matters is love so she urges him to end his unhealthy cycle with Brooke.

At home, Brooke expresses her concerns about Douglas to Hope, who repeats that the child spending time with his father is good for him.
She doesn’t think a custody battle will benefit anyone.
Brooke hopes she’s not worrying about how this could affect her marriage to Ridge. She tells her daughter to focus on Douglas. Hope already is and reminds her the kid asked to spend time with his father.
There’s enough tension between the families and she doesn’t want to make things worse, especially considering how Taylor feels about Ridge.
They rehash Taylor and Ridge’s kiss in Monaco.
Brooke is sure she will take advantage of any chance but she’s not insecure, no matter how much Taylor is in love with her husband.
Brooke insists that she and Ridge can handle anything. She doesn’t want to be paranoid or overreact. Hope says she’s definitely not.
She’s just trying to save her marriage.
