In the Monday, May 9, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Ridge pushes Steffy to remember why Sheila was in the alley, Sheila tells Deacon she needs to go, and Paris accuses Carter of being hung up on Quinn.
We also have Friday’s B&B recap where Sheila decided to leave LA as Steffy remembered confronting her in the alley.
At the cliff house, Steffy stares and gasps that it can’t be. Her parents hold her hands and ask what she sees. “Why would she?” Steffy asks, shutting her eyes and remembering her fight in the alley with Sheila.
“Who are you seeing?” Taylor asks. She and Ridge are stunned when she answers, “Sheila.” That doesn’t make sense to her mom, who suggests she’s remembering waking up in the hospital.
Steffy is sure that Sheila was in the alley with her. One of them was upset. It’s fuzzy. Ridge pushes her to remember why Sheila was there. Taylor urges her to take a minute but he keeps pushing.
Sitting down with his daughter, he tells her to do this for Finn. She can remember being alone with Sheila, who she was furious with and chased into the alley.
As they argued, Sheila got very angry and shoved her. “She said she was going to stop me,” Steffy explains. Sheila was determined to do anything to protect her relationship with Finn.
Steffy suddenly remembers threatening to cut Finn and Hayes out of her life. That’s when Sheila pulled out a gun. Finn arrived and got between them when she shot. “She killed her own son! It was Sheila!” Steffy cries.
“Of course it was Sheila!” Ridge exclaims. This is all confusing to Taylor. Her daughter explains that Sheila shot her when she was trying to call 911. She’s not going to let her get away with this!
At Il Giardino, Deacon tells Sheila that showing up at Steffy’s was a bad idea, but that doesn’t mean she needs to leave town. Maybe when Steffy gets her memory back, she will be more receptive to letting her see Hayes.
Sheila shuts that down. She needs to leave LA immediately. She’s sure there is no chance she will ever be part of Hayes’ life and that’s too much for her. The walls are closing in on her.
Deacon thinks grief is clouding her thinking. She tells him that it would be best for everyone if she left and never came back. He’s still confused.
Sheila doesn’t want to leave but has to. She should be holding Hayes in her arms and Finn should be there… he would be if it weren’t for Steffy.

At Forrester Creations, Paris puts her arms around Carter and tells him that she’s pushed Zende into the friendzone. That means they can be together. But she senses he has lingering feelings for the boss’ wife.
Quinn and Eric stroll in. Paris prompts Carter for an answer but he makes an excuse and takes her out of the room. When they get to his office, he asks why she would put him on the spot like that.
She is convinced that he is still into Quinn. He won’t go back to Quinn and reminds her of all the hurt that was involved. She’s sure that Ridge and Eric will realize he still has feelings for his ex.
Telling him that Quinn is a dead-end, she urges him to put her behind him and move on with her.
Meanwhile, Eric worries that Quinn that there might be friction between Paris and Carter. She’s sure they will work it out and asks what he wants for dinner. He’s not bothered and has to get to a meeting.
Quinn hopes he saves some energy for her. When she kisses him, he holds her back.
Quinn bustles off and bursts in on Paris trying to kiss Carter. She asks to speak to him alone and Paris takes off. Quinn tells him she was rescuing him. He thanks her and says Paris is onto him about his feelings for her.
She tells him he better make it clear to Paris that there is nothing between them. He knows how committed she is to Eric and they will never hurt him again. She will always appreciate having a faithful husband.
Eric drops in on Donna, who is already waiting in her lingerie. After some kissing, he admits he can’t stop feeling guilty about what he’s doing. However, they can’t stop thinking about each other.
Being with her feels like home. Donna thinks that’s because of the honey. He thinks it’s also because of her. Holding her, laughing and kissing her, brings him joy he can’t stay away from.
