In the Wednesday, March 23, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke begs Ridge to come home, Finn has his own ideas on why Sheila met with Thomas and Taylor gets Thomas to open up.

At her house, Brooke reveals she can’t be without Ridge.
She doesn’t want to let him go. Ridge asks if she wants him to come home. She does. She laughs that she actually set him free but that she never wanted that. She knows she needs to hold on to it.
He smiles. They’ve been through too much together to end things. She begs him to come home and he says nothing. She tells him he’s her destiny and knows they’ve taken this sometimes painful road together and says it’s been an incredible journey.
She doesn’t want it to end and doesn’t think he wants to. “Let’s just do this okay?” She asks what he thinks and he weeps, while smiling at her.
He didn’t come for her to beg forgiveness. He came to check on her.
She says she hasn’t been drinking, nor has she been tempted. He reminds her she was on New Year’s Eve and they still don’t know why. He can’t do this with her.
She tells him that no matter what happened that night, she loves him. He doesn’t know what to believe. She gets that he can’t be with her but she’ll wait. She always loves him and knows he feels the same.
She moves to leave and he grabs her arm. “You’re right. I love you. I will always love you,” he says. He embraces her.
At the Cliffhouse, Steffy tells Finn that the conversation she saw between Sheila and Thomas was intense. He asks if it’s confrontation but she could only tell that they wanted privacy. She didn’t come out because she didn’t want Sheila to try to spin it. They agree this is strange and Steffy needs to find out what’s going on with her brother. They both know that this isn’t the first time he’s gotten himself in trouble.
Steffy doesn’t think any good can come from him being with Sheila. Maybe he met Sheila to put her on notice. To protect them from anything getting in the way of their parents reuniting. Finn convinces Steffy that her brother’s just afraid it won’t last.
Finn doubts Sheila would do anything to risk the progress she’s made. They embrace. He goes to check on the kids and creates a romantic scene in the bedroom for them with rose petals on the bed and soft lighting.
He comes out shirtless and says it’s been too long. They kiss and she can’t believe he did this so fast. He jokes that there may be a pile of dirty clothes under the bed. He’s been waiting for a night like this where it’s just the two of them. So has she.
He calls himself the luckiest man in the world. He calls her a total bad ass, sensitive and sexy. “Even when I’m covered in spit up?” He smiles. “Especially then.” They profess their love and then make love.

Taylor arrives at Forrester Creations to have lunch with Thomas. She can see he’s upset and questions him. He lies that he’s fine and he wants her to trust him. He deflects and she calls him out on it. He opens up about the reunion.
He recognizes that this has happened before and his parents didn’t end up reuniting. He’s worried. She understands. It was unexpected for her. They’ve a special bond. He believes that. He calls her incredibly loving and wants someone who pours that kind of love into her.
He thinks his father does and doesn’t want anything to get in the way of that. She lets him know that it’ snot his responsibility to get them back together.
