In the Wednesday, February 23, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke refuses to let Ridge go, Sheila congratulates Taylor, Steffy tells Hope that Ridge and Brooke are finished.
We also have Tuesday’s B&B recap where Ridge woke up with Taylor and went to see Brooke with his wedding ring removed.
At her house, Brooke tells Ridge that she will always be his Logan. That he’s there now is all that matters. She understands that he needed some time to work things out. He doesn’t think she understands what’s really happening.
Ridge doesn’t want to hurt her. She apologizes over and over and doesn’t know what it means that his wedding band is off. She doesn’t care about last night, only now and him telling her they will work this out.
Ridge admits he spent the night in Malibu with Taylor.
She wishes he’d come home after the fight with Deacon. Brooke can imagine what Steffy and Thomas were saying about him. He won’t deny they had nothing good to say about her. “I love you so much, but we can’t keep doing this to each other,” he says. He doesn’t belong there. She tells him they are husband and wife and they can’t let anyone change it.
“It’s already changed!” Ridge blurts. Brooke refuses to believe it. He admits that he nearly made love to Taylor but they stopped it.
His wife hates to think he was with the other woman but she refuses to let one night ruin what they have. “We will survive this,” she says, stroking his shoulder.
She’s confident they can forgive each other and do better. Ridge always thought it would be the two of them in the end but too much has happened. “We’re getting too old for this… I can’t do this anymore,” he says.
Brooke is confused so she starts apologizing again and telling him he’s her destiny. When they embrace, he tells her she’s more beautiful than the first day he saw her. He loves her more than anything because they were young together, but they can’t do this.
“You will always be my Logan,” he says, kissing her and walking out. Brooke is devastated and collapses in tears.
Sheila strolls into Taylor’s office and finds her smiling as she thinks about Ridge. The doctor tells her she should have waited until the secretary let her in. Sheila was too excited after hearing about Brooke’s latest betrayal.
Even a man as understanding as Ridge couldn’t put up with such a “tramp of a wife.”
Taylor won’t listen to Brooke bashing. Sheila is there as part of Team Taylor. She admires her for taking the high road and letting Brooke destroy things herself. Sheila knows that Ridge is at least close to ending things with his wife.
That leaves an opening for the therapist and she hopes she takes it. Sheila knows how long she’s waited.
Noting how much Taylor is glowing, Sheila wonders if the wait is already over. She tells Taylor how much deserves this and thanks her for giving her a chance. It sounds to Taylor like she has a vested interest in this.
Sheila returns to her room and congratulates herself on her plan working. Now Brooke is playing the ultimate price for messing with her family. She cackles.

In their office at Forrester Creations, Thomas and Steffy wonder what’s happening with Ridge and Brooke. Steffy says that woman has never learned to walk away gracefully and worries that their dad could cave to her if she turns on the waterworks.
“If dad isn’t done with Brooke this time, he never will be,” he says.
Steffy is sure that their mom will be the deciding factor. Hope walks in on them. They tell her a lot has happened in the past 12 hours and it’s not looking good for Brooke.
The women bicker and Thomas recaps the situation. Steffy says none of that matters. Brooke and Ridge’s destiny is about to end.
Hope is not counting her mom out yet and doesn’t appreciate the way Thomas was interfering last night. Why does Taylor need them standing up for her when she shouldn’t even be involved? Steffy won’t tell her how involved she already is. Hope puts things together.
Thomas makes an excuse to leave and Hope asks Steffy for details about last night. Steffy says Ridge reached his limit and turned to his family, including Taylor, the one woman he can trust. They “shared a magical night of reconnection” and he took off his wedding band.
Hope is sure her mom believes they can work through this. Steffy says she’s wrong.
The blonde accuses her of wanting the marriage to fail. Steffy insists Brooke is to blame for everything.
