In the Monday, February 14, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Taylor confronts Brooke about her patterns, Ridge demands details from Deacon, and Steffy and Hope argue about their moms.

At Brooke’s, she assumes Taylor has come to rub what’s happened in her face. If she was really concerned, she would have come to her before now. She was going to tell Ridge the truth until Taylor beat her to it. Brooke declares that she’s ashamed but she’s not defending herself Taylor; she doesn’t owe her anything.
Taylor reminds her that she owes Ridge fidelity. Brooke says she and her husband will work through this and don’t need her help. She’s taking full responsibility. The shrink wonders if she’s just saying that because she got caught.
“This is a pattern that has been going on for years and years,” Taylor explains. Brooke isn’t one of her patients and doesn’t need any analysis. The doctor tells her there is a pattern here. Brooke is relieved she doesn’t need to answer to her for any of this. As a mental health professional, she should have more empathy. Taylor is trying.
Brooke repeats that she and Deacon only shared one kiss and that was only because alcohol was involved. She doesn’t even know why she drank. Taylor claims she did it just so she would have an excuse to cheat on Ridge. Brooke can’t understand what gives her the right to come in there and lecture her.
Taylor reminds her that she and Ridge share children and will always been in each other’s lives. Brooke repeats that something took over her to make her drink after she hasn’t had a pull to alcohol in years. “You’re making excuses,” Taylor says. Brooke is sick of all the judgement. She’s confident Ridge trusts and loves her. They will be fine, even if that disappoints the doctor.
In the janitor’s closet at Il Giardino, Deacon climbs up from the floor after being punched by Ridge. He tells Deacon that he violated his wife, their home, and bed. That all ends today.
Ridge asks if he drugged Brooke. “Are you kidding me? Nothing,” Deacon insists. He explains what happened. Brooke was already drinking when he got there. When Ridge continues demanding answers, Deacon explains what happened again. Ridge remains convinced that he got his wife drunk and wants to know what happened when he put her to bed.
Deacon understands that this would be easier for Ridge if he could blame him for something terrible, but there is no victim here. He has held himself back from hitting him so many times… He needs to get out or make a move. They begin pounding on each other. After Deacon knocks him to the floor, they hear Brooke yelling for Ridge. He kicks Deacon down and then smashes glass on his head. Brooke runs in and declares that Deacon didn’t do a thing.

Hope is in the office at Forrester Creations thinking about her mom telling her how she planned to come clean with Ridge. Steffy interrupts and tells her she feels sorry for her because of who her mom is. “Brooke’s dirty little secret is no longer a secret,” says Steffy.
Hope feigns ignorance. Taylor explains that she, her mom, Thomas, and Ridge know all the details about what really happened on New Year’s. The blonde says her mom regrets her choices and hopes Ridge will forgive her. Steffy tells her not to keep her hopes up.
Hope reminds Steffy that she’s done things she’s regretted. They aren’t really in a position to judge. Steffy reminds her that Brooke has been making these mistakes for decades. She’s confident this will be the last time she betrays Ridge.
Waving her arms, Hope complains, “Your mom this! My mom that!” She doesn’t want another debate about their families. Steffy thinks she’s saying that just because the Logans always win. Hope guesses she really wants Ridge with Taylor.
Steffy is tired of her father being with a woman who always has one foot out the door. She lists all the other affairs Brooke has had and the way she treats men. Hope says they should let their parents handle this themselves. Steffy is optimistic her father will figure it all out and kick Brooke to the curb today.
Hope says that wanting a marriage to end isn’t right. Steffy is confident that her mother is right for Ridge and good for him. Her justifying Brooke’s decisions is unreal. She’ll never understand this as long as her father has another woman to turn to. Hope wonders why she never questions Ridge’s behavior. Steffy repeats her claim that her father will drop Brooke and return to the woman he should have been with all along.
