In the Monday, February 28, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Sheila rubs what’s happened in Brooke’s face, Hope turns to Deacon for help, and Thomas welcomes his father back.
We also have Friday’s B&B recap where Brooke worried she’d lost Ridge to Taylor permanently and he moved into the guest house.
At the mansion, Hope paces but Brooke feels like it’s all pointless since Ridge won’t pick up any of her calls. Hope offers to support her as long as she wants to fight. She leaves to see the one person who she thinks might make things right with Ridge.
At the Cliffhouse, Steffy tells her father how proud she is that he’s finally realized where he belongs.
Taylor asks her children to be mindful of what their father is going through. Thomas is sure that all he needs is Taylor. Everyone smiles.
Thomas and his sister wish that Phoebe was there. He tells his father how much it means that he’s come back home.
He can understand the power of the attraction he has to Brooke but that doesn’t excuse the abuse and trauma. Thomas thanks him for finally seeing that and trying to get the life he deserves.
The siblings decide to leave their parents alone. Taylor is sure Ridge’s head is spinning right now. He admits it. But he also feels safe and supported.
It’s hard for him to understand why Brooke threw everything away.
When she hears him talk about Brooke, she can hear him mourning his marriage. She doesn’t expect him to stifle his feelings.
Taylor just wants him to be in the moment with her son they can find out where things might lead. It has been great to be in his arms and kiss his lips.
Whatever happens, she will support him and he’ll never doubt her love.
Ridge takes her hand and kisses her.

At Il Giardino, Sheila tells Deacon to flash his sexy smile and get celebrating now that Brooke’s romance with Ridge is at an end. He can’t do that knowing how heartbroken Brooke is. He ushers her away as Hope approaches.
Hope checks on her father. He feels better when he hasn’t been used as a punching bag. Deacon asks how Brooke is handling things. “She thinks she’s lost Ridge forever,” she says.
Sheila eavesdrops and smiles. Deacon reminds her that Ridge always storms out. That is why they have had a thousand weddings.
She points out that Taylor is back in town this time and spent the night with him. Hope wants to support her mother and that’s why she needs him to speak to Ridge.
Maybe he can convince him not to give up on Brooke. He reminds her that Ridge pummeled him the last time he saw him.
Hope knows he cares about her mom and the best way to show it would be to save her marriage. He nods.
At his place, Paris tells Carter not to have any doubts. She reminds him that she and Zende are seeing other people and she’s not the slightest bit jealous. “I’m figuring out a lot of things myself,” she says, kissing him.
Carter backs away and tells her not to risk the future that Zende could give her. She’d be crazy to give all that up for him. “You can call me ‘crazy’,” she says.
He admits he wants to be with her; it would feel good but that doesn’t mean they should cross the line and hurt feelings. He’s not able to make relationships work.
Paris isn’t sure it will work with her either but she thinks it’s worth the try. Carter could barely look himself in the mirror after what he did to Eric.
He’s not worth this. “Yes, you are! You just don’t see it yet,” she insists, kissing him. Carter asks her to go again. They make out and have sex on the couch instead.
Alone at home, Brooke keeps trying to send texts. Sheila shows up and glides in. “Destiny, it’s not what it’s cracked up to be,” she jokes.
Brooke orders her out but Sheila isn’t going. She reminds Brooke that she tried to keep her out of her son’s life. One of them is losing their chance with a loved one, but it’s not her.
Sheila tells her that Ridge is going back to Taylor, a woman with class and dignity like he deserves. It must be amazing after all the years he spent with her.
She rubs what she did with Deacon in her face. “I was drunk,” Brooke protests, claiming she was out of control. She refuses to give up on her marriage.
