In the Tuesday, September 27, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Steffy and Taylor vent about Brooke, Ridge tries to reassure his son, and Liam gets in the middle of Hope and Brooke’s worries.
We also have Monday’s B&B recap where Nikki got dirt on Diane from Deacon, and Brooke told Ridge that Thomas is dangerous and she’d call Child Services if needed.
In Taylor’s office, Steffy is appalled when her mom informs her that Brooke said Thomas is dangerous.
Taylor says she can come after her all she wants, but not her kids.
Steffy thinks Brooke should be more worried about her own daughter.
They are annoyed Brooke is making Thomas doubt himself.
They think Brooke is stirring the pot and refusing to give him a chance.
This breaks Taylor’s heart for her son and for Ridge.
Steffy points out that this will push Brooke and her husband further apart.
They continue to vent about Brooke being off-base.
Taylor complains she will never love anything of hers.
“Except your husband,” Steffy reminds her.
She goes on about how much Thomas has changed and how Brooke is digging her own grave.
Taylor doubts Ridge will see that, but her daughter is more confident.
She urges her mom to have faith. It seems like Ridge is a little more present lately.
Her mom agrees and can see how much he loves his kids and grandchildren.
Steffy thinks Brooke has hit a new low and her father’s eyes are opening.
At Forrester Creations, Brooke tells Hope that she can see Thomas’ dark side is still there.
Her daughter starts to panic about her vague description of Thomas, Douglas, and a knife.
Liam wanders into the middle of it and is creeped out to hear that Thomas was cutting an apple in front of his son.
Brooke thinks he must be maladjusted.
More concerning than the knife is Thomas not bringing the child home. Hope points out that has been at Douglas’ request.
Her mom reminds her of how devious Thomas is.
“He may have fooled some people, but not me,” she declares.
After Brooke leaves, Hope notices she left her purse and groans, knowing she will be back for it.
Liam knows that Douglas must find being at Eric’s awesome, but home is home and that’s with them.
There’s nothing Hope wants more but she doesn’t want to impede the progress he’s made with his father. Liam points out Douglas can visit whenever he wants.
He’s starting to wonder if they are still on the same page about having Douglas at home with them.
Liam knows a custody battle would not be ideal, but they need to be vigilant.
They can’t take Thomas’ word that he’s mentally healthy.
She’ll concede that the story with the knife is disconcerting, but Thomas’ general behavior has been positive.
Liam repeats that Douglas needs to go back to his routine.
Brooke returns to back this up and says she will do whatever she can to get the child back to them.

In Ridge’s office, Thomas tells his father he was just cutting an apple.
Ridge assures him no one will report him to child services for this.
Thomas just wishes Brooke would stay out of their lives for good. Ridge can see Brooke has no respect for his son as a father.
She refuses to see how hard he’s worked to get where he is.
Charlie comes in to announce that Brooke is in the building and then bumbles out again.
Thomas hates that Brooke is giving his father so much grief.
Ridge just wants what’s best for the family.
His son wants to go home and makes sure the house is the safest place in the world.
Ridge gives him a hug, tells him he believes in him, and urges him to put his son first.
Thomas reminds him that Douglas is waiting to spend some time with his grandfather.
As Ridge exits, his son tells him he is the man he is because of him.
Ridge goes to Eric’s and loses at chess to Douglas.
They talk about his drawings and Ridge asks how he likes living there.
Douglas thinks it’s awesome.
Two agents of Child Protective Services knock on the door and announce they are there to investigate a case involving Douglas.
Thomas arrives and his father tells him what’s going on.
