General Hospital recap for Monday, October 10, 2022. In today’s GH episode, TJ asks Nina to keep her nose out, Sonny urges Gladys to stick around, and Jordan nearly tells Curtis the truth about Trina.
We also have Friday’s GH recap where Esme told Ryan her new plan and killed Oz while Chase performed and Brook Lynn worried about his future.
Nina and Sonny arrive at the post-funeral reception for Brando. Willow and Michael spot them and she reminds him of why they are there.
Olivia shows Gladys and Sasha around. Sonny greets them and Nina promises they will be there for Sasha.
Sasha walks over to the giant photo of Brando and touches it. She thanks Nina for all the trouble she went to planning this.
Michael is getting upset watching all this and crosses over to the bar where Dante approaches him.
Sonny calls everyone to make a toast to Brando. He left them too soon. He had a big laugh and big heart and will never be forgotten.
Nina is surprised when Olivia tells her she did a nice job planning this. Nina stares at Willow and TJ.
Over at a table, Willow tells TJ that Nina thinks they are having an affair.
After TJ gives Sasha his condolences, Willow pays hers. Sasha tells her how happy she is that her life has turned out so perfectly.
Although she says things aren’t as perfect as she suggests, Willow tells her how fortunate she is to have a friend like her.
On his way out, TJ corners Nina and asks why she’s sticking her nose in and suggesting there is something going on between he and Willow. Nina won’t comment on that but warns him how dangerous having Michael as an enemy could be.
Sam tells Dante how sad this is. He says Brando was too young to die. He admires how brave Sasha is being and has become even more determined to find the killer.
When she steps away, Michael comes over and tells his brother he hopes his investigation leads to the perpetrator… unlike Sonny’s. He tells the cop what happened with Dex.
Dante reminds him they are at a memorial and suggests he put this aside for today. Michael can’t.
Sonny sits with Gladys and she recalls how she used to be ashamed of her son and his addiction. Eventually, they came back together and he gave her the chance to have a life like their cousin Sonny had.
Sonny tells her that nothing in life is guaranteed. When she tells him she’s packing up to move to Bridgeport, he says he never knew she was a coward.
She needs to stay to look after Sasha. No one can appreciate her pain as much as she can. Gladys wishes she was as strong as he thinks she is.
Sonny tells her she doesn’t have to do this alone. Brando would always come to him for advice and he always told him there was nothing more important than family. She will always be part of his family.
She agrees that family is important… but money doesn’t hurt. That’s the Gladys he knows.
Gladys tells him she’s seen the strain between him and Michael and urges him to fix that before it’s too late.
As all the guests file out, Sonny asks to have a moment alone with Michael.
Once they are alone, Sonny tells Michael that Gladys said it’s not too late for them to make things right. Whatever it takes, he wants to make things right.
Joss is startled when she finds Dex at home. She wonders why he’s not at the hospital. He thanks her for rescuing him.
He has a hard time buttoning his shirt, so she thanks him and asks him not to let Sonny do something like this to anyone again. She says someone has to take Sonny down.
When he says she sounds like her brother, she wonders how he would know. He covers and tells her that he admires the way Sonny looks out for the people he cares about.
She urges him to quit the organization before he’s in too deep. He doesn’t want out. Joss hopes he can see who Sonny really is before it’s too late.
After she leaves, Dante shows up to question him.

Curtis stops by Jordan’s office. She hands him an envelope and tells him to read what’s inside. His future depends on it.
It’s the divorce papers. She filed hers and got a receipt for Portia. It still doesn’t make sense to him that she misplaced the original papers. When he tells her their marriage was over long before they signed the papers, she says that wasn’t true for her.
That’s a surprise to him. He couldn’t fight for their marriage. There were too many secrets and lies. She knows he values honesty above all else.
He wonders why she’s questioning how honest Portia is with him. Trina comes up and she’s about to say something when they are interrupted by a call. There’s been another victim.
At General Hospital, Ava asks Portia what’s up. The doctor knows she closed her gallery for Trina’s sake. Ava explains that was Curtis’ idea and she did it to help protect her.
The doctor tells her that working at the gallery was more than a job for Trina. Ava feels bad that Trina resents Curtis for his help.
Portia urges her to focus on staying out of harm’s way. Ava informs her that she will be staying with Nina. The doctor hopes for her sake she leaves Nikolas behind.
As Portia takes her to the elevators, Amy runs over to say there has been another victim: Oz. Ava leaps on the elevator.
Portia heads to Jordan’s office to get Curtis. After they discuss Oz, the doctor points out that three of the victims share her daughter in common. Brando is the only exception.
They realize that Joss might have been the intended victim.
At Wyndemere, Victor hopes that Nikolas will be finalizing his divorce. The prince says he will handle it. His uncle has seen him handle things. He’s just glad that Valentin got his false confession back.
Victor tells him there will be no more confessions in the name of love. Nikolas flashes back to having Ava record his confession. His uncle wonders what else she has on him.
The prince says he willingly earned back his wife’s trust by putting his life in her hands. Victor thinks he’s a fool. His nephew suggests he’s never been in love.
Victor isn’t taking romantic advice from him. Nikolas mocks him about his relationship with Liesl. He declares his feelings for Ava will never go away.
Ava bursts in and tells them that Oz is dead. Nikolas says she could have called. She claims she came by to get the staff to pack up her things. Victor leads her out.
The cops wheel away Oz’s corpse on the pier. Esme stands in the shadows. After he’s taken away, she looks in purse and notices she doesn’t have much cash.
“Wyndemere, here I come,” she says.
She sneaks over to Wyndemere.
The locks have been changed but she gets in.
She heads for the main room and opens the safe. “Who the hell are you?”
Nikolas demands as he walks in.
