When Brendan Pushes Harder With His Blackmail, Harmony Tells Him He’ll Get What He Deserves

General Hospital recap for Monday, April 11, 2022. In today’s GH episode, Carly asks Sam to dig into police evidence, Trina tells Ava not to blow up her marriage for her, and Alexis lectures Nikolas about his family.

We also have Friday’s GH recap where it was revealed that Nina is Willow’s mother and Jennifer was arrested.

In her office, Carly tells Sam that she is sure Trina was set up by Esme. She wants to know if the PCPD have any evidence against Miss Prince. Since Sam is sleeping with a cop, Carly assumes she can get it.

Sam tells her she is not just sleeping with him; they have a relationship. He won’t discuss this with her. The evidence is pointing to Trina. Carly declares the evidence is wrong.

She worries about who Esme will go after next if she gets away with this. Sam won’t ask her boyfriend for privileged information. Carly repeats that Esme is dangerous and tells her Nikolas is involved in this.

Sam says that’s a whole different kind of dangerous. She still doesn’t want to risk her relationship over this. Carly takes that as a jab about her divorce. Right now, she is only focused on her daughter and apologizes for asking her to do this.

Sam assures her that Joss and Trina will be okay.

At the PCPD, ADA Arden arrives and asks Jordan and Dante if they have any new evidence in the Trina case. They have circumstantial evidence but need more. She intends to prosecute this felony to the full extent of the law.

When the cops are left alone, Dante asks what’s up. The commissioner points out they both have a conflict of interest in this. He is related to Joss and she doesn’t think Trina is guilty.

She tells him they can’t be Team Trina, officially or not. But she does want to find evidence to clear Trina. Rory brings in the latest evidence. Jordan looks and immediately says it’s bad.

They go over the evidence as Rory eavesdrops. Dante shuts the door. Jordan says Esme is a class mean girl and they shouldn’t underestimate her. They have to nail her soon or she could pull this off.

Sam arrives. Dante tells her he’s been having a long day. She’s eager to take him away and he’s happy to go. He tells Rory to log the new evidence in the Robinson case. “New evidence?” Sam asks.

trina back work gallery general hospital

Trina drops by the gallery to see Ava, who is surprised to see she wants to come back to work. She tells her that her family has been very supportive and she can look after the place. Ava isn’t eager to go back to Wyndemere at the moment.

She informs her that Esme is living on Spoon Island, but she and Spencer are far from back together. Trina tries to shrug it off. Ava makes it clear that she’s to blame for Esme moving into the house.

She explains that she went to Sonny to threaten Esme, which only wound up driving Nikolas to intercede on her behalf. Trina hopes she and her husband have not broken up because of her.

“We are having an extreme difference of opinion,” Ava says. She briefly considered moving out but now she has changed tactics. She is keeping her husband at arm’s length and an eye on Esme.

It sounds to Trina like she is giving Spencer and Esme exactly what they want. She doesn’t think that Ava should be jeopardizing what she has with the prince.

“You can’t give her the satisfaction,” she says, encouraging her to prove her commitment to her marriage is stronger than Esme’s schemes.

Ava changes the topic to Spencer working there and asks if the terms of his restitution should be re-negotiated to keep her comfortable. Trina encourages her to go home and prove to Esme that she can’t come between her and her man.

Alexis is surprised to find Harmony sitting on the docks at night. Harmony thinks back to Brendan blackmailing her about Nina being Willow’s mom. She claims she likes to come there to reflect.

Alexis thinks she knows what she’s thinking and asks about her going to Carly for a job. She rehashes her plan to move out of her place as soon as possible. Harmony has bad memories of the place. She flashes back to killing Neil there.

Harmony gets a text from Brendan. It’s the photo of him with Nina, Michael and Willow in the background. Horrified, she turns to leave. Alexis asks what’s wrong but Harmony insists there is nothing she can do.

As Alexis heads for the launch, she flashes back to Carly telling her that Harmony claimed she owed Nina.

At Wyndemere, Esme continues to tell Nikolas that she doesn’t like damaging his relationship with his wife. He insists that she stay. She offers to move into the gardener’s cottage and stay out of the way.

Esme hates to see his family in pain. Spencer shows Alexis in and Esme lays it on pretty thick about the importance of her journalism. After Spencer and Esme stroll away, Alexis and her nephew bicker about the Esme situation.

Esme corners Spencer and tries to get romantic. He’s not ready for that and he’s heading to town to speak to Ave. He’s going to make it clear to her that he is gong to make restitution in some way that doesn’t involved Trina. That puts a smile on her face.

Once Spencer has left, Esme eavesdrops on Nikolas and Alexis. She compares him to his father, suggesting he is trying to control his son too. He claims that he has bent over backwards not to repeat his father’s mistakes.

Alexis knows he doesn’t have his cruel streak, but he will drive Spencer away by using him to try to heal his own wounds.

When Spencer arrives at the gallery, he finds Trina there alone.

Back at the Metro Court, Nina is bickering with Michael and Willow about Wiley. She says she’s willing to prove how much she loves him, are they? She urges them to compromise. Willow thinks that just means her getting what she wants.

“I didn’t ask for a fight but I know how to finish one,” Nina warns them. Michael shoots back that has resources of his own and the outcome for her won’t be pretty.

Brendan interrupts and introduced himself, telling them he has a “game-changing” business offer. Harmony steps off the elevator and spot them. She immediately sends Brendan a text saying he’s won.

On his way to the elevator, he tells Harmony she knows where to reach him. Willow strides over and asks if she knows that guy. Harmony claims she doesn’t and hurries out.

Carly comes in and asks what is going on. Nina announces that Michael has forced her to take the visitation issue to court. This makes Carly furious. Nina is sure she can find a judge to sympathize with her. Michael warns the judge will get to know the real Nina Reeves.

Harmony meets Brendan on the docks. She orders him to leaver her alone. He won’t and wants her to pay up. Harmony says he will get what he deserves.
