General Hospital recap for Tuesday, March 7, 2023. In today’s GH episode, Drew tells Carly they should go public, Marshall and Portia clear the air, and Willow talks to Nina about her condition.
We also have Monday’s GH recap where Liz confessed everything to Esme, who told Spencer he will never see her son, and Mason confronted Austin about what he and Ava did.
At Carly’s, she bakes in the kitchen when Drew shows up. She tells him everyone else is out. They make out.
She tells him they need to wait until the brownies are done. They are for Willow.
They need to celebrate Obrecht being a possible donor.
He thinks they also need to celebrate them opening being a couple.
She reminds him that they are at risk of being charged with insider trading.
Plus, the secrecy is exciting.
He thinks the longer they keep this a secret, the greater chance there is of them getting caught.
She assures him no one is onto them. He reminds her that Valentin is dead, and they can isolate Ned, and take control back of ELQ.
Drew will step back from the company and leave them in the clear. Carly thinks this is sweet but she can’t let him do that.
Throwing all the dishes off the counter, he plops her on it and they make out.
After sex, he asks for a brownie.
Portia sits in her office, staring at a photo of Trina. Marshall arrives.
He asks about Curtis.
He’s troubled by their rift after seeing how devoted they were to each other.
She’s not sure her actions can be justified any more. The doctor rehashes what happened with Taggert, Curtis and Trina.
Marshall thinks that wanting to protect your loved ones from hard truth is natural, but maybe not an instinct to be trusted.
She’s been avoiding having this conversation with him but now is thankful that they’ve had it. He could never hate her after all the things she’s done for him.
He came to thank her for encouraging him to get genetic testing. He’s not sure he will react regardless of what the tests show.
The doctor tells him he just needs to move forward and promises to be there for him. She’s sure that Curtis will too.
Portia suggests he take a moment alone before his appointment and leaves him.
Alexis bumps into Curtis at General Hospital after an AA meeting. He’s distracted.
She tells him his wedding present will be late. He suggests she save her money.
Curtis isn’t going to get into the details.
She suggests the serenity prayer could come in handy.
Nina steps off the elevator and bumps into Willow and Michael.
Willow asks for a moment alone with her.
Michael makes sure she has all she needs and leaves Willow just as he gets a text from Dex.
Willow tells Nina that more tests are being run and at the moment it all looks hopeful.
She refuses to discuss the children with her.
They go over the problems that could face Obrecht being a donor.
Nina asks how she’s handling this.
Willow doesn’t have an appetite, can’t concentrate, and her nails are brittle.
Nina gives her some nail-strengthening varnish.
They talk about how well Michael has been taking care of her.
Nina thanks her for talking. Willow admits she didn’t want to. Liesl asked her to.
Michael meets Dex on the roof. “I think Sonny might be onto me,” Dex tells him.
He’s sure that something has changed with the Pikeman deal. He was pushed out of the last discussion of it.
Dex explains how he cooked for Sonny.
Michael is sure that if Sonny was talking to him about his past, he has nothing to worry about.
Michael encourages him to let Sonny choose to trust him.
He heads back downstairs to take Willow home. Nina thanks her again.
In the elevator, Willow tells Michael that things went well with Nina, but she’s not forgetting anything she did to them.

At the Metro Court, Sonny offers to help her with Nikolas if he has something over her. Austin interrupts and Ava assures Sonny that the prince is no threat to their daughter.
She and Austin walk off.
When Sonny turns, Olivia asks what that was all about.
He says Ava wouldn’t tell him but she will.
She urges him to let Austin be Ava’s “emotional support animal” right now.
He asks Olivia to keep him posted on how Willow is.
She tells him to do something about it if the distance is too much for him.
Sonny asks her to be nicer to Nina.
She’s having a hard time. Reluctantly, Olivia agrees but her first loyalty is to Carly.
They’ve both noticed Carly seems pretty happy these days.
She’s surprised that he knows about Carly and Drew.
As she mentions that they’ve been keeping it secret because of Ned’s threats, Nina arrives and overhears.
In the hallway, Austin says it looks like Ava was about to fill Sonny in about Nikolas.
She thinks that he could protect them.
He suspects that Sonny is more likely to get them killed. Mason eavesdrops and smiles.
Eventually, he interrupts and says they both must be in big trouble. He makes it clear to Ava that he knows about them hiding Nikolas’ body.
Mason suggests the three of them exchange numbers. He asks for Ava’s phone.
She reluctantly forks it over and he puts his contact information in.
Molly joins TJ at Kelly’s. He’s eager to know if they are having a baby. The test was negative.
They discuss how he feels about it. He goes over the logistics but he’s not exactly relieved. He thinks they need to have a serious discussion about this.
Her mom and Curtis walk in. He brings TJ over to the bar.
At the bar, Curtis tells TJ he doesn’t want to discuss the wedding. They talk about TJ talking about having a baby. “Any thoughts on fatherhood?” he asks him.
Curtis would rather discuss anything else. His nephew tells him how amazing it felt when he thought he might be a father.
Molly was freaked out. She has a five year plan and this isn’t part of it. He doesn’t want to pressure her and wonders if he should keep this to himself.
Marshall calls Curtis to say he needs him.
Alexis checks in on her daughter. Molly says they thought for a minute she might be pregnant. Her mom goes on about how exhausting having a child is.
Alexis also thinks she’d love being a mom and it’s the greatest thing.
Molly says it’s a conversation she and TJ need to have. Her mom tells her to plan to have her mind changed.
Once Molly and TJ sit down together, they blurt out that they both want to have a baby.
Alexis calls Gregory and tells him she’s not happy about how they left things.
Back at the hospital, Curtis steps off the elevator as Portia asks Marshall if he thinks there is any hope for her and his son.
