In the Monday, October 10, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Eric warns Thomas he might be disappointed, Steffy worries about her mom’s choice, and Brooke jets to Aspen.
We also have Friday’s B&B recap where Ridge declared his love for Taylor and they reunited with a kiss while Brooke raced to Aspen.
In the hills of Aspen, Taylor can hardly believe she and Ridge are kissing. He tells her it’s really happening. They are back together. She believes it because they are together.
“I love you, Doc,” he says. She loves him too. They kiss.
As they stroll, she tells him the kids were right all along. They finally did it. They are really together. They kiss some more.
Down in Bill’s Aspen home, Steffy talks to her brother on the phone, explaining there is still no word from their parents. He’s sure they are reuniting as they speak.
She can’t handle the thought of that not happening and remains worried that their mom will reject him. He has to get to a meeting.
Steffy goes outside and finds her parents holding hands. They explain they just shared the first moment of the rest of their lives together. Taylor confirms it.
“This is a landmark moment for our family!” Steffy declares.
Turning to Taylor, Ridge tells her she is his love, his life, his home. They hug. Steffy gets in on the hugging.
After they go into the house, Steffy just stares at her parents in disbelief. Ridge jokes about being forced to run up a mountain. He feels like everything is in balance again.
Taylor tells him he needs to learn to listen to her. They lock arms and suggest she call Thomas.
Brooke in on the Forrester jet to Aspen. The wi-fi is out. “I’m coming Ridge,” she says.
She wonders why he’s in Aspen and tells herself it can’t be because of Taylor. Flashing back through memories of kissing Ridge, she buckles up as they begin descent.
“I’ll be there soon and you’re going to come home with me,” she says.

At Eric’s, he and Thomas ask Thomas what’s going on in Aspen. He tells them that he’s sure his father and mom have finally seen they have a future.
Eric gets it but he’s a bug champion of Ridge and Brooke and warns he could be in for a big disappointment. Donna says they always get back together.
Thomas doesn’t think that will happen this time. The time for his parents has finally come.
She hopes he’s wrong. He’s sure this will be a blow to Brooke’s ego but she will find someone else because she always does.
She notes he doesn’t think much of her sister. He doesn’t. Brooke took a wrecking ball to his family and stole his father from his mom.
Donna points out that was Ridge’s choice and Eric warns again not to underestimate Bridge.
Thomas is sure that Brooke is his father’s past and his mother will never betray him.
Moments later, Taylor and Ridge video call their son to tell him they are back together. He thinks this is great and is glad his dad finally came to his sentences.
Ridge claims he will spend the rest of his days being humbled and grateful that Taylor gave him another chance.
As Thomas paces, Douglas confuses him by playing with the voice sampling app to make it sound like Eric told him he didn’t have to do his homework.
He yells at his son and sends him off to do his homework. Eric says that app is scary.
Thomas informs Eric and Donna that his parents have reunited. Eric says Brooke clearly didn’t get there in time. Shrugging, Thomas says Brooke is irrelevant anyway.
He has never seen his father as happy as he was in that video call now that the weight of Brooke is off him. He laughs.
Brooke pulls up to the house in Aspen.
Inside, Taylor tells her daughter that she saw what they couldn’t and wouldn’t let them give up. She ran, which is what she does. If she’s honest, she’s still scared.
Ridge promises to protect her heart from now on. They kiss and hug. Steffy smiles.
After Taylor and her daughter head upstairs, Ridge steps outside to look at the water. Brooke finds him and demands to know what’s going on.
“Taylor and I are back together,” he announces. Brooke needs an explanation. He claims he can see things clearly now and is where he needs to be.
“No,” she says, telling him he can take back all his promises to Taylor. They are meant to be together. This is not the end of their love story.
