In the Monday, October 31, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, a standalone Halloween episode is centered around Sheila Carter which includes flashbacks to some of her crazier moments in the 30 years she’s been terrorizing L.A. and Genoa City on Y&R.
We also have Friday’s B&B recap where Liam panicked, and Douglas told his parents he wanted to live with his dad Thomas, not them.
Deacon walks into his apartment and finds it decorated for Halloween.
Sheila walks in wearing a nurse costume and presses her stethoscope to his heart.
She flirts, saying it’s beating faster.
She thinks she’s going to get out soon. He scoffs.
She tells him she’s a cat that has nine lives, though her back is against the wall right now.
She says history has proven that she always finds a way out. “Watch me.”
A few kids come for candy, wearing Karate outfits and Deacon shows them a few moves, giving them some candy before sending them away.
Sheila reappears and they have dinner.
She tells Deacon that Lauren Fenmore decided to ruin her life.
She flashes back to the 1980s Lauren told Nurse Sheila to stay away from her husband, “Or you’re gonna have to answer to me.”
She recalls holding Lauren captive and the fire that resulted when Lauren kicked her into a candle.
She blames Lauren for that, too.
She talks about working as a corporate nurse for Forrester and Eric hiring her when they were much younger.
She promised his son would be in good hands.
She flashes to her and Eric sharing a kiss and how happy she was that he wanted her.
“Watch out Brooke,” she said.
Deacon reminds her that she didn’t live happily ever after.
She will, she says, taking a sip of wine.
Lauren and Eric talk business and the Hope for the Future line in the Forrester offices. She’s only there on a quick layover but she’ll be back. Since it’s Halloween, they decide to share a quick martini.
She thinks Halloween will be a lot less spooky now that “that witch, Sheila Carter is dead.”
He had no idea how hiring Nurse Sheila would affect his life.
Lauren remembers the horrific kidnapping and the fire, the battles.
She recalls when Sheila, in a wedding gown, fought with Lauren over her thinking that her own son was hers.
They busted up the room pretty good.
Sheila got a knife and went after Lauren.

B&B opinion: Douglas Wants Thomas With Hope, Brooke Breaks Deacon’s Heart
Sheila starts carving the pumpkin and tells Deacon Halloween’s her fave.
She recalls Stephanie arguing about her owning the company while Sheila reminded her that Eric was the owner.
Stephanie would never let her wedding take place with Eric.
“You are finished?” She yelled.
Sheila tells Deacon that she won, even though she isn’t Eric’s wife. She thanks him for saving her. He nods.
She says she will be free as a bird, soon. She remembers drowning Lauren and trying to kill Stephanie and Lauren, then hitting Stephanie so hard that she fell against the pool and hit her head.
The two fought and fell into the pool.
Later, Sheila threatened Stephanie some more. Sheila claims she never meant to hurt anyone.
Sheila keeps carving the pumpkin.
Deacon thinks taking her in as a roommate is one of the dumbest things he’s ever done.
Not that he had a choice.
She laughs.
She shows him the jack-o-lantern she has carved and laughs maniacally.
Later, Sheila thinks about Steffy telling her to stay away from Finn, her mother and her kid, and shooting Finn.
Deacon tells her she’s guilty and when the Forresters find out, she’ll be in prison for the rest of her life.
Sheila tells him she’s a survivor. She says that he hasn’t seen the last of Sheila Carter. Not by a long shot. She blows out the candle and says, “Happy Halloween.” Once it’s dark, she laughs manically again.
