In the Tuesday, February 7, 2023, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Thomas begs Hope for another shot, Steffy convinces Brooke to check on Taylor, and Taylor doesn’t want to be a burden.
We also have Monday’s B&B recap where Taylor wrote a confession as Steffy ran to Brooke for help, and Thomas plead with Hope to let him return to HFTF.
At the cabin, Steffy tells Brooke how worried she is about her mom and her plans to confess about shooting Bill to the police.
Steffy is glad that Brooke has found a friendship with her mom. She’s come to think she may be the only person able to get through to her now.
Brooke assures her that she can trust her. Steffy continues worrying about her mom being unable to let this go. She’s crumbling and it’s scary.
Taylor has always been the rock in her family. Now it’s her time to protect her mom.
Brooke tells her she doesn’t have to do that alone.
They agree that Taylor turning herself in won’t accomplish anything. Steffy worries her mom is stewing at the beach house so Brooke offers to try to save her from herself.
Finn arrives at home. Steffy greets him and explains that her mom keeps pulling away.
She asked her to stay but she refused and is acting like she’s a burden.
Brooke has gone to see her because she’s worried too. Finn finds this weird.
Steffy thinks it’s weird too put she prays that Brooke can get through to her mom. She seems to be at her breaking point.

At the beach house, Taylor writes a confession.
After looking at a family photo and apologizing, she says she’s going to make this right.
Staring at herself in the mirror, she asks, “What happened to you, Doc?”
After she’s changed her outfit, she says she refuses to be a burden any more and looks down at the fire in the fireplace.
Sitting back down, she writes that she needs to end it all now. She takes a pill.
Brooke arrives outside and knocks. There’s no answer but the back door is unlocked.
She wanders in and sees the notepad. Picking it up and reading it, she wonders what Taylor is going.
After finding the pill bottle, she gasps and frantically searches the house, finding her unconscious in bed.
At Forrester Creations, Thomas urges Hope to see the amazing things they could do together. He asks her to trust his talent to take Hope for the Future to new heights.
She reminds him that Eric and Zende put a lot of work into the collection.
He knows that but he reminds her that they were an amazing team, one of the best in the industry. He pitches that she bring him back as lead designer.
Thomas knows he let her down and has reservations. She doesn’t think apologies are enough. He’s destroyed all the progress he made in his relationships, especially with his son.
He’s been thinking about that and trying to work through his issues. He’s been doing some of the best work he’s ever done. That could be the next collection.
She says his promises mean no more than his apologies.
He begs for a chance to show her who beautiful his designs are. Hope admits she’s been thinking about what it would mean to let him come back.
She thinks he just wants to help himself. Admitting that for a moment she panicked and thought the line did need his designs, his sister pulled her back from the brink.
Throwing her integrity out the window would do more damage than bad reviews ever could.
“We’re done,” she says. They can’t be partners and he needs to let this go. She’s finished with giving him the benefit of a doubt.
Hope is convinced the collection will be fine without him. He reminds her she didn’t feel that way the other day.
She insists that was just a moment of panic and reminds him of how many bridges he needs to rebuild.
He wants to talk about Douglas but she can’t have that conversation right now.
She begs him to leave. He walks out.
