In the Wednesday, April 19, 2023, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Taylor and Bill visit Sheila in prison while Carter wants to know if Katie’s feelings for Bill have changed.
We also have Tuesday’s B&B recap where B&B celebrated 9000 episodes with a tribute to Steffy Forrester on her birthday.
Katie sits in the design office at Forrester Creations and flashes back to professing her love for Bill before kissing him.
Bill turns up and asks how she gets more beautiful by the day.
He asks for another chance. He invites her to dine at his place and lets her know the bad juju is cleared out, joking that he performed an exorcism to clear out the bad air.
In the CEO office, Carter tries to work but flashes to telling Katie how amazing and beautiful she is.
Taylor appears to see Bill. Carter’s confused.
She thinks it has to do with the Sheila sting which still blows her away.
They talk up how heroic Bill and Ridge are.
Carter offers to walk over to the design office where Bill is but she shoots him a look.
It’s literally across the hall.
She smirks and assures Carter she’ll be fine.
At Il Giardino, Deacon asks some waitress to tell him when the bread guy comes.
She goes and Hope appears.
They sit and she wants to talk to him about Sheila Carter.
He knows what her dad did with her.
Deacon’s uncomfortable under the collar at her questioning. He hems and haws.
He’s quiet about it and she says because of the three of them put “that nine-toed freak is behind bars.”
The bread guy (Lil Nas X) and a waiter, (James Corden) walk up and give each other a look.
The waiter approaches the table. “Hey boss,” he says. He asks what he can get them.
They order and he goes with the bread guy munching on a bread stick following.
The men return with cappuccinos. “Delicious,” says the bread guy.
Deacon talks modestly about what happened with Sheila.
Hope continues to talk about how insane Sheila is and Deacon sighs.
“There’s no doubt about it. There’s nobody like Sheila Carter.”
Sheila sits in her jail cell and then starts to pace.
he flashes back to Deacon betraying her and then apologizing.
She flashes to dancing with him at Il Giardino.
A guard comes and puts cuffs on her and takes her out.
Taylor arrives at the design office and Bill lets her know that he wants to take a little trip with her.
“Where to?” She asks. “Prison,” he says, causing Katie and Taylor to flinch. “To see Sheila,” he finishes.
Katie agrees with Bill that Taylor should see Sheila. Bill’s sorry he made her think he was blackmailing her.
She understands but she’s sorry. She never should have “dome what I did to you.”
She wanted to turn herself in. He struck a deal with the feds he says and put it out of his mind.
He wants her to do the same. She’s trying. He embraces her.
She realizes she has some things to say to Sheila. Bill already made the call to visit her now.
Katie thinks he has a lot of power to persuade. He’s working on it.
Taylor meets Bill outside and he tells Katie he’ll come back and convince her to have that dinner with him.
He’ll work at getting his family back. They go.
Carter appears and makes out with Katie. He says Taylor was looking for Bill. Katie says she found him.
Charter’s not surprised Bill was with her. It’s no secret he wants her back. She asks if that bothers him.
He says it makes sense. Bill wasn’t himself when he was with her and now that she’s behind bars, he wants his life back.
They kiss more and talk about how Taylor must have a few things to get off her chest.
They agree they owe Bill a debt of gratitude and Carter asks if that changes how she sees Bill.

Sheila is seated in the visitation room in prison and grumbles to the guard about why she’s there. He tells her to shut it.
Bill and Taylor arrive and she starts to laugh that the victim and his shooter have arrived.
She tells them she’s better after her heart attack now and calls herself a fool to think he loved her.
Bill’s face is impassive.
She snarks that this was a lie to put her in prison for life.
He tells her she’s not such a fool. She’s getting it.
She knows she’s no saint but calls what Bill did deplorable.
She thinks Taylor, as a psychiatrist, should see that. Taylor sits.
She knows being honest is the best even when it hurts, that everyone has the quality to be good.
“And then there’s you. Deplorable, yes,” she says.
That was shooting Steffy and Finn to shoot herself.
Sheila maintains it was an accident that throws Taylor off.
She yells at her that she meant to kill Steffy.
Taylor knows Sheila’s selfish and loves terrifying people.
But thanks to Bill and Ridge, Sheila will be locked up forever.
What’s more, Tay says that her name will be erased from their lives forever.
