In the Monday, December 12, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Liam tries to comfort Hope as she panics about Sheila, Deacon repeats that he has no idea where Sheila is, and Sheila wonders why she bought sandals.
We also have Friday’s B&B recap where everyone at Forrester learned that Sheila is alive and on the loose before Steffy bumped into her in the Il Giardino bathroom.
In the bathroom of Il Giardino, Steffy spills a drink on a woman as she talks to her mom on the phone.
Getting off the line, she apologizes to the woman before noticing she’s missing a toe. She gasps, “Sheila!”
Steffy starts hyperventilating as she flashes back to being shot.
Sheila takes off.
Finn sits at a table. He gets tired of looking at bread sticks and wanders over to the bar to talk to Deacon.
They discuss Sheila and the doctor asks him if he really has no idea where Sheila is.
Deacon says that if she’s alive, he has no clue where she is.
Finn remains sure her mauling was fake. None of this is any more unbelievable than her being attacked by a bear.
Deacon says that Sheila could be halfway across the world. If she is alive, they are unlikely to see her again.
Noticing Steffy has been gone for a while, Finn leaves to check in her.
He finds Steffy falling over and stammering. She explains she saw Sheila and they need to go after her now.
She runs off and he follows her back into the restaurant.
She tells Deacon she thinks she just saw Sheila, or at least a woman missing her right middle toe.
Deacon asks if she recognized her and Steffy says she was in a disguise.
It must have been Sheila or why would she have run.
“Sheila is in Los Angeles,” Steffy repeats. Deacon looks worried.
He pours them drinks while Finn calls Baker, who offers to look into it.
The cop has already asked forensics to re-open the case. They will likely be back to question the staff.
Steffy says she was wearing a good disguise.
Finn wonders if she was back to see Deacon, who claims she wouldn’t be dumb enough to come back.
They suggest he check the security footage.
Deacon insists on doing that alone and takes off, thinking about Sheila’s vow never to return to prison.
Finn apologizes to Steffy for all he put her through because of Sheila.
She assures him none of it was his fault. He was just excited by his birth mother.
He thinks all their suffering could have been avoided.
They flash back to their Monaco reunion and she tells him they will continue to fight. He needs to stop blaming himself when nothing is his fault.
Finn promises they will track Sheila down and make her pay.

In a motel room, Sheila takes off her disguise and wonders how she could be stupid enough to buy sandals.
Looking in the mirror, her rage turns to laughter.
After flashing back to what just happened, Deacon calls her on his burner phone.
He complains that she went waltzing through the restaurant causing him problems.
She assures him no one will know she was there and tells him to deny everything when he’s questioned.
Sheila repeats that no one will catch her and he has nothing to worry about.
After she hangs up, she does her makeup and smiles deviously.
At Forrester Creations, Hope is looking depressed so Liam hugs her.
She tells him she will need a million more hugs to get Sheila out of her mind.
He thinks this whole situation is insane and keeps hugging her.
As he massages her shoulders, they try to process Sheila still being something they have to think about.
Hope points out there is no proof she’s alive. He’s sure the police are investigating Finn’s suspicions.
Liam hugs her some more as she continues to worry. She hates that they are back living in fear.
He thinks it’s better than being caught off guard.
Neither of them want to believe this is real.
