We also have Friday’s B&B recap where Liam and Hope tell Douglas how proud they are of him, Steffy lectures Thomas, and Brooke has unfinished business.
At Forrester, Brooke and Hope talk about how hard this must be for Steffy, who wanted her parents reunited for a while.
They’re both proud of Steffy for telling the truth even though Taylor wasn’t able to. Steffy turns up. “Oh. Hello.”
Brooke thanks Steffy for what she did. She knows Steffy was in a tough spot.
Hope barks about what Thomas did to Brooke and then to Douglas.
Steffy’s angry with him and embarrassed. Horrified, in fact.
Her parents should be celebrated their honeymoon.
Brooke knows that is what she wanted but shows a lot about her character that she told the truth.
She didn’t want Ridge to make a decision based on a lie, no matter what the decision was.
She’s grateful. She says they don’t need to thank her.
When her parents do marry, they won’t have secrets against her.
Brooke thinks that’s the way to go but she doesn’t think that’s what’ll happen.
Steffy says it’s why he left town. To think.
It doesn’t change that Ridge wanted to marry his mom.
“What about Taylor’s lack of actions?” Hope agrees, Taylor didn’t come clean.
Brooke says that she had to know that the ceremony was based on a lie but was still willing to go through with it.
Brooke’s stunned her mama would do that. Steffy asks them not to judge her.
His brother convinced her not to.
Her father wanted to marry her mother because he loves her.
Thomas thought why bother to spoil the wedding?
She agrees with that to some point.
She gets a text and has to miss the meeting.
Hope will text her notes and asks if everything is okay.
She says yeah. Finn asked her to meet at the hospital.
The women leave and Thomas saunters in all smiles.
Brooke looks nervous and Thomas says, “Hey Brooke. What’s goin’ on?” He flashes her a wide smile.
Brooke can’t believe what she’s seeing. He tells her to take the photo of her and his dad home considering his dad won’t want it around.
She asks what’s wrong with him. He says he had a terrible stepmom growing up.
She tells him he hurt his dad and betrayed him by ruining their marriage.
He’s done nothing but support and this is what he does to thank him?
Thomas asks what she wants him to do. He has no remorse.
Brooke’s worried about him. What he’s done to her daughter, his schemes, and bad choices.
He’s gone too far. He shrugs.
At the hospital, Finn looks at Sheila’s photo on his computer and reads about her being mauled to death.

Detective Sanchez comes to visit, and Finn’s thankful.
Does he have what he asked for? Sanchez says yes, the case is closed and they were going to get rid of it anyway.
He hands over Sheila’s toe.
Sheila shuffles a deck of cards and asks Deacon to play Rummie.
He’s busy with his phone. She asks for strip poker but he’s not into it.
She wants to have fun but he says that can’t continue. They can’t bury their heads in the sand.
Her time is running out. she knows. It’s why they have to make the most of life.
She moves into his arms and he tells her they can’t pretend that she won’t get busted and she will soon if she keeps going out in that disguise. It’ll only end one way. With her in prison.
He asks why she’s not stressed but she always lands on her feet.
“Maybe in the past, when you had ten toes,” he says.
She thinks he’s negative and tells him she’s reinvented herself over and over.
She’ll walk away a free woman again. Deacon doesn’t believe that.
“Have you ever heard of a corpse going to prison before?”
She asks. If they try to lock her up, she’ll float through the bars again.
She laughs and he looks exasperated.
Back in Finn’s office, Sanchez leaves when Steffy arrives.
She gasps when he shows her Sheila’s toe.
He’s looking for much-needed answers. He finds it convenient, this idea that Sheila was attacked and mauled by a bear.
He’s avoided bringing up his suspicions. “Does this look chomped up to you?”
She’s not sure. He calls it too clean looking.
He thinks his bio-mom is alive. Steffy looks shocked.
Back at Deacon’s place, Sheila paints her toenails and skips the one she cut off as she talks about this piggy going to market.
